Venture Out Community lies between the beach and the bay. We back up to St. Andrews State Park. There is something to do for the whole family.

21st Birthday Trip!!

We had a wonderful time! Our host was so friendly and very quick to respond to any questions we had, before or during the trip. Accommodations were terrific and had everything we needed. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a comfortable feeling of home.

Not even close to what we expected.

1st thing is this place is at venture out which is a gated comunnity where your rental comes with a golf cart. Well the golf cart didnt work for a few days and was finally fixed on day 3 of our trip. Floor was dirty when we got there, storm door handle fell off every time we opened door, bathroom door didnt latch. Its basically a super old camper that has been added onto. Beds arent comfortable at all and it smells musty depending on where you are inside home. We weren't impressed. Way overpriced for what we got out of it. With fees and insurance it was about 280$ a night which Is ridiculous. Plus driveway is for golf cart and you have to park your vehicle beside narrow road where under age people on golf carts drive by at all hours of the night. I will not be back.
