- Right in the middle of all the fun on the east end of 30A, the Villages of South Walton is located between the iconic coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Walk or bike everywhere you want to go!!! The shops and restaurants in Rosemary are less than a 5 minute walk away! Top floor, corner unit. One of the largest condos in the community. Community pool is heated year round, free tram to deeded beach. In addition, nothing beats relaxing on the patio overlooking the beautiful pool.
Once you arrive at "The Abbey", you can literally put away your car keys until your vacation is over. Everything you can possibly need or want is just a beautiful short walk or bike ride away.
-5 min walk to Sunset Beach/designated beach access (0.2 Miles)
-5 min walk to dining/shopping at Rosemary Beach (0.2 Miles) or 10 min walk to Alys Beach (0.5 Miles)
-Walk or bike to tennis at Rosemary Beach Raquet Club (0.4 Miles) or Alys Beach Tennis (0.6 Miles)
