Come enjoy yourself at The Majestic and relax in luxury in the center of Panama City Beach. Whether you are on a romantic get-away or a family vacation this unit will make your vacation that much better. Enjoy yourself on our spacious balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the sun rise or sip a cold cocktail while the sun sets, all you have to do is step outside of your bedroom!

This property is in TOWER 2 of the Majestic.

This spacious interior set-up with coastal/modern interior decorations creates the immediate feel of vacation making your beach experience even more enjoyable. This beautiful living room kitchen combo offers communion throughout the whole unit with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop, and a 65" flat screen smart television while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room also offers a Queen Size pullout couch.

The Master bedroom offers an elegant KING size bed and a large flat screen television. The Master also has its own closet, vanity mirror, walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and personal access to the balcony from the bedroom.

The second bedroom has a king size bed a private bathroom.

The third bedroom has 4 twin size bunks 2 full size bunks with a flat screen TV.

The queen sleeper sofa in the living room brings the sleeping capacity to 10.

Majestic is located in the center of Panama City Beach and is close to some of our favorite eats such as Dee's Hangout and Fishale Taphouse and Grill. Right down the street the family can enjoy Shipwreck Island Water Park which offers fun to all ages.

The Majestic Beach Resort offers guests stunning new facilities. There are 5 pools! Two outdoors pools, one of which includes a kiddie pool; or, relax inside in one of our two heated indoor pools. Onsite, the Majestic Theatre shows movies every Friday and Saturday night. The onsite Majestic Market is open seven days a week from 7 a.m. till 7 p.m., and features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items.

***For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Nice family trip

Our family of 7 stayed here for 5 days. The condo and our unit was great. The pools were nice and beach access was very easy. The location was also very good. We will plan to stay at the same location again in the future.

Just as beautiful as it looks

We are PCB frequenters and while we have always stayed in The Majestic, we have never had a more lovely condo than this one! It is stunning with so much thought in every detail. It is too notch luxury right on the stunning Gulf. This corner unit also hosted a larger than normal balcony and the third floor primary access was fantastic. Highly recommend.

The condo was beautiful, however we had so many issues. To start off when we tried to check in at 4, we were told that they had not even started cleaning the condo and that we could wait on the balcony until they were finished. We ended up having to clean the floors, countertops and fridge ourselves as they were still extremely dirty. The bunk room beds were dirty and we had to scrub the railings as they were black. The bedroom right off the entrance was so hot that it was unbearable and we were not able to sleep in it. The beds need replaced, it felt like they were split in half and were very uncomfortable. These are just some of the major issues we had. Aside from the condo, the location is perfect and the amenities were fantastic.

Beautiful Property, Great Location

Wonderful unit. Was perfect for our family. The property was well appointed, very nicely decorated and we loved the location. The only negative for us was that the furniture was nearly impossible to sit on comfortably. The beds and main couch were very heavily used - with little to no support and very large gaps/sagging. Otherwise, a really nice place to stay.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was great and the space in the condo was beautiful. The amenities were top notch and having a starbucks on site made it all the better! We did feel the appliances could have been upgraded but other than that, it was excellent! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect for our family, we never really had a wait for elevator as we were on the third floor. Unit was decorated beautifully, and we loved sitting on the large balcony!

Very nice and awesome view!

The Majestic staff are super friendly and always cleaning and maintaining the facility. 3rd floor unit is super convenient for arival and departure that is also on 3rd floor. Condo is spacious clean and comfortable. Love the large corner unit balcony. Enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools. Fast elevators get you to lobby and steps to the ocean. Only complaint has nothing to do with the condo but the jet ski and chair rental company takes over 80% of the beach front. You have to claim your space before daybreak, rent their overpriced chairs or set up behind them. Eythelse about the place on was wonderful I would rent again.

Beautiful unit, nice view

The low floor is actually kinda nice to view the beach however you are right above an indoor/outdoor pool and a few times it was a little noisy. Well appointed, comfortable. Needs a new dishwasher badly. Don't expect ANY supplies (basic spices etc.) like most other rentals and only 1 each of paper products including trash bags. We tried to get a grocery delivery and because of the setup on property, that was not possible. Same for food delivery. You have to meet them at the entrance below, so no to your door delivery. The balcony was amazing with wonderful sunsets. Property felt safe and offered many amenities we didn't try. Very clean.

Enjoyed our stay

Our group of 7 enjoyed this condo. It was spacious and we never felt cramped. Being on the same floor as the walkway was great. The resort itself is in a great location. However, we experienced a few hiccups during our stay. Upon arrival, the door code that was emailed to me prior did not work. I called the help desk and was given a new code to use. There was sand in the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms. The floor was also dirty so it was either not mopped at all or very poorly. The buttons for ice and water on the fridge did not work but the freezer made ice. When we got there the dishwasher door didn’t close and sounded like it was on its last leg. I reported the cleanliness and dishwasher issues and received a quick response from the host. The dishwasher was actually replaced the next day. Despite the minor issues we ran into during our stay, we had a great time. Overall I’d recommend this condo and we’d book it again.

The room and large balcony are very nice. We experienced a few issues, the second king size room is hot and unbearable to sleep in this room. The 3rd bathroom bathtub holds ankle deep water while showering and drains very slowly, when drying clothes you must dry them 3 times to get fully dry. We had a great vacation but these items need correcting. Majestic resort is very nice but I would consider another room.
