3RD FLOOR 3BR 3BA, 2 Oceanfront Master Bedrooms with King size beds

BEACHFRONT condo on the 3rd floor. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This spacious unit will comfortably sleep 8 in beds plus 2 on sleeper sofa for a total of 10. The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony.

You can watch your kids swim at the pool from the balcony.

Our 3rd FLOOR unit at the Watercrest is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.

This unit is 1440 sq feet!

We have two gulf front master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both have king beds and both have balcony access.


The third bedroom has two Queen Beds.

The living room has a queen size pull out couch.

Free high speed internet is provided.

Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath, stocked with plenty of towels and wash cloths for your convenience.

You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, men’s and women's fitness rooms each with a dry sauna. There are also charcoal grills on the grounds.

Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

Great Vacation

The condo was great ! Might suggest a lock change, it was a little difficult to operate at first, but after we figured it out, all was good. The condo was fantastic, great set up with the bedrooms, easy access to elevator and stairs. Will definitely recommend and will rent again.

1st rate stay!

We love staying at the Watercrest. This is our 5th year enjoying PCB from the quiet comfort of a Watercrest condo. ECDI was very responsive to our needs. I called about an issue with a leaky faucet and the door lock. A maintenance crew was there within an hour to fix everything.

Relaxing Beach Oasis

This Panama City Beach condo offered everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The location was perfect on the quieter end of the beach and the view was amazing. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, taking long walks on the beach and swimming in the ocean. The extra chairs and boogie boards left behind by previous guests came in very handy!

Beautiful part of the beach

Our week at watercrest was fantastic. It’s located on the quiet end of the beach and it was perfect. Grandkids enjoyed the tennis courts, pool, and beach. The condo was beautiful but could use an upgrade on pots and pans. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room. Would definately stay here again.

Good stay but could use some updates

The condo is in a great location! Beautiful beach front views, easy pool and beach access, clean and good appliances. A few needed updates would be mattresses, they were super uncomfortable, new shower curtains, and better drainage in all showers. A good coat of paint and steam cleaning the furniture would make it a five star stay for sure! Good TV’s, good washer and dryer, lots of towels, quiet community with good property management.

Spring Break

The condo was nice and clean. The view was spectacular. My husband is in a wheelchair so it was easy for him to maneuver around. The master bathroom was a little tight, but he was able to use it. Access to the beach was also good because of the path going out to the beach. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our time there. The only downfall was the master bed was not comfortable. Overall, we would come again.

Loved beach

This property was well located. Right next to beach. The inside of our condo was very clean. The outside needs work. Most the screens were ripped out on sliding glass doors. Lock was difficult to lock. Door closure on main door broken .Did call management and got an acknoledgement of things wrong, but did not come and fix door, which could have been very unsafe if we had children with. We did have a great vacation. If we return would only go if i knew it was maintained better.

Fyi for unit.

Stay was good but reall need to look at tolit handle in master, it stays on resulting in constant running of tolit if someone isnt aware - causing huge water loss. I watched it others may not. Also shower drains are extremely slow. This info is just an fyi for you to check. Other than that everything was fine. Thankyou. Was very clean.

We Love Watercrest but this is my least favorite unit

We have stayed at Watercrest for about 8 years in various units. This unit was my least favorite for several reasons. The room with two beds needs new mattresses, you could feel the springs. One of the master bedroom toilets needs fixed. You have to remember to pull the handle up after every flush or it runs at full force until you do. It would have been nice to have clothes hangers. There were only a few plastic retail hangers. The unit living room/kitchen appear bigger in the pictures. The ceiling in the kitchen and bathrooms are extremely low. Being a tall family it felt like our heads were going to hit the ceiling. Overall it was a great stay and we liked that the unit overlooked the pool so we could easily keep an eye on our teenagers.

Absolutely Wonderful Family Vacation Property

The property was just as pictured! It was perfect for our family, and the location is amazing. Coffee in the morning and dinner on the porch could not have been more relaxing. The Beach is. Right. There. On the beach in a few minutes, and it's easy to get back to the condo for lunch or just a break. The pool was wonderful and clean, and we all enjoyed evening pool time. The elevators were quick, and unloading your car coming and going was easy because of the carts provided. This property is in a quieter part of Panama City but close to everything. Walmart, restaurants, and fish markets were all within a few minutes. The property had plenty of room for the nine of us, and we never felt cramped. To be honest, it was the best place we have stayed at in a long time. Our property manager, Jonathan, was very helpful. He was always quick to answer my many questions. We will be back!

Beautiful 3Br stay

The unit was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Perfect layout allowed us all to have private space. This is our 3rd time staying at the Watercrest, and now it feels like our 2nd home. My only complaint would be the hot water. When we arrived it didn’t seem to be working, but we learned the next day that it took a long time to heat up. It only allowed for 1 shower every couple hours; some of us learned this the hard (cold) way. The screens on the slider were broken, but there are no bugs in December, so that didn’t affect our stay. The hot water handle in one en-suite leaked, but that didn’t really affect us. We just put a towel down to soak up the leak. I think the communication delays were my fault, so maybe that should’ve been a 5. Overall, it was a beautiful way to enjoy the quieter side of PCB over Christmas break.

The view can’t be beat, and the décor is updated and as pictured. It was a plus to have a TV in every bedroom and the kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were in good shape. Another plus was how quiet it was at night – very peaceful for sleeping, which leads me into the cons.The beds were very uncomfortable, and I tried every one of them. I know mattresses are a personal preference, but I felt that I needed to share my opinion. If you are just staying for a week or less, it may be fine, but when staying for an extended stay, a good night sleep is important.The other cons include things that I read about in reviews prior to my stay, and found out that they weren’t addressed, including ripped screens on the patio doors, a leaky faucet in one master, and a continuously running toilet in the other master.All and all I enjoyed my stay at Watercrest and had the beds been comfortable and some of the cons were addressed I would give this condo 5 stars
