You will not want to leave this wonderful place in PARADISE! Gorgeous views of EMERALD WATER from your den, kitchen and 10th floor balcony! 2 BR(K+Q) plus a bunk room (F +T) and 3 full baths. Plus, a sleeper sofa(Q)! Sleeps 8. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked with the comforts of home. Garage parking for 2 spaces. Security onsite. The resort's features include: 2 outdoor lagoon pools (4200 sq ft each), 1 indoor heated pool, 3 hot tubs, 4200 sq ft gym, theater, arcade, mini -market for essentials AND ice cream by the scoop-YUM! Starbucks, indoor bar and restaurant and an outdoor Tiki Bar. There are also rentals for kayaks, paddle boards and parasailing on site at our beach. Great restaurants within walking distance. So... You may choose to just stay at the condo or go out to explore endless restaurants, shopping and family ventures. Pier Park is only a14 minute walk . It has endless shops, restaurants, and entertainment. So, grab your sunscreen and enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in the USA. One thing is for sure...MAKE THOSE MEMORIES!

Tidewater is an upscale resort with many amenities. It is directly Gulf Front with 636 feet of sugar sand beach frontage.

The minimum age requirement for renters is 25 years old. This is the HOA of Tidewater requirement. ID's will be checked and there are no exceptions.

Pre-Registration with Tidewater is required, there is a $55.00 including tax one-time resort fee. This fee is for parking passes and wrist bands. You are allowed 2 parking spaces in a security gated garage directly across the street. The wrist bands are to be worn at all times. They allow gates and doors to be opened throughout the resort.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm (no early check in during peak season)
CHECK OUT: 10:00am

Winter rentals are now available!

PIER PARK is .6 miles from the resort and is a destination within itself! It spans over 2 MILLION square feet! This dynamic shopping destination features more than 250 retail, dining and entertainment options. Prominent anchor retail stores are Dillard's, Buckle, Columbia, Nike, Old Navy, and Lane Bryant. Restaurants (25 of them) offer world-class dining opportunities. They offer the freshest locally caught seafood from the Gulf. They offer visitors an expansive array of dining choices. Restaurants include: Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, The Back Porch, Dave and Buster's, Five Guys, Dick's Last Resort and Marble Slab Ice Cream. Outdoor entertainment includes bungee jumping, bumper boats, a passenger train, and much more. There is also The Grand IMAX and Movie Theater. There are also concerts and festivals. Just an amazing place.......and you can WALK there!

Family Fun

The condo was beautiful and right on the beach. The place was clean,safe, and has everything you need within walking distance. The owner was wonderful and was always available if we had any questions or issues. Highly recommend.

Condo is tastefully decorated, beds are comfortable with nice sheets. We were not in town for the beach so cannot comment on the resort.

Great condo!

The condo was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. Beverly was wonderful to work with and she made the process easy. Just be patient with the elevators. It isnโ€™t a huge issue, but know to be patient as it is a large building. I would stay here again anytime!

Everything about this property and the host is top notch. The elevators in the building were fine, very little wait. There is much to do here, both at the property, and in panama city beach. Awesome condo!

My family and I enjoyed this condo! The owner was super friendly, informative and easy to communicate with! Not one complaint. The condo is spacious, decorated super cute, has everything you could possibly need on vacation and had comfy beds. We really enjoyed our stay and will very likely stay again in the future!

If you are looking for an immaculately clean vacation condo with an outstandingly easy host to work with, this is your place. First time walking into a beach condo and not feeling the grit of sand on my shoes on the floors inside. If you follow the host device about arrival, elevators, etc., you will have a perfectly enjoyable stay.

Beachfront Fun!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Tidewater. Beverly was amazing and communicated so much better than other rental properties. The beds were all comfortable and it was amazing having 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking utensils, which is a must for us as we like to cook. The resort was easy to navigate and the beach access was awesome. Beverly communicated information prior to our arrival and ensured we knew what to do at checkout. This was our first vacation rental where I felt like the owner really ensured we had the best possible experience.

Great Location, Awesome Vacation!!

The owner's exceptional service and care were clear from the moment we made our reservation. They went out of their way to meet our every need and answer all of our questions, making our trip feel like a breeze. What really stood out about this rental, though, was the unit's spotless cleanliness. Everything was spotless, and we felt like royalty during our visit. This Panama Beach Condo with its amazing ocean view is excellent for those in search of a relaxing beach vacation with first-rate support. Mrs. Rader is an awesome host and we look forward to visiting again. Travel Tip If you want a beach spot near the water, get down to the beach early and set up.

Property is wonderful. Multiple amenities right on site. Condo was perfect for the 7 of us. Instructions and description of check in process spot on. Communication from host prior, during and after stay made for a smooth and enjoyable vacation. Only small challenge of the property is the elevator process. Expect longer waits during peak times. Stairs are available. View from room & balcony breathtaking. Favorite moment on the balcony was watching dolphins in the water directly in front of the property! Would definitely return to this condo and hosts!

Relaxing stay, great location!

Walking distance to pier park! The condo was nice and looked like the pictures. It was clean. The host communicated the rules and gave clear directions about parking, check in, etc. She was available and friendly. The trash chute was very close and convenient. My only suggestion to other guests is to bring some pillows. The TV cable box has really poor quality. You could not even make out the score for the football game bc the TV cable was not good...do not expect anything near high definition (think cable from 1993).

Summer beach vacation

We had a great stay at Tidewater. There is a lot to do on property includinh multiple pools, hot tubs, gym, game room, movie theater, tiki bar, restaurant, and my youngest daughter's favorite starbucks! The elevator situation is dicey but if you are on vacation and not in a hurry (like us), it didn't bother us at all. The condo itself was awesome. The 2 bedrooms and bunkroom allowed us all our own space and privacy and the 3 bathrooms were wonderful. We were able to play games around the large coffee table in the evenings and the kitchen was fully stocked. The garbage disposal did not work however we contanted beverly and she responded right away. She offered to send maintenance right over but since we weren't planning on cooking much, we told her she could iust wait until we left. She responded within minutes! We would definitely visit this property again. For those who just want to park your car, there is a grocery store, restaurants, and pier park within walking distance. The condo staff recommended ordering walmart grocery delivery if we returned!

We traveled here as a family of 6 with 4 kids in the age range of 18-8. We had a wonderful experience, everyone had a great time! The two beach chairs included was a great bonus, we enjoyed both pools and the drinks from the tiki bar. Lots of activities within walking and/or short driving distance from the property. I would book this condo again if we vacation in this area again.
