Beachfront condo with both bedrooms and living room with stunning views of the Beach. You can sit in the Condo and view the white sandy beach and the Ocean. This unit being on the third floor gives you easy stairway access if you prefer and has a view just high enough that makes you feel as though you are on the Beach with unimpeding views of the East and the West above any trees. Therefore this is a great view of sunrise and sunset on a large balcony in comfortable adirondack furniture. Parking is on the same side of the road as the condo, not across the street for easy access from your car.
This gorgeous condo 300 (Vacation Rental Certificate #32628), stands as a pinnacle of luxury within the esteemed Tower 1 at Long Beach Resort, nestled along the pristine shores of Panama City Beach. The third floor of this condo is unique being that there is an easy walk up to the third floor while being high enough to look over the trees but has the feel of being on the beach while sitting on the balcony. This is one of the few units in all of Panama City Beach where every room gives you floor to ceiling views of the white sandy beach.

The décor of this condo makes a very clear statement that you are going to enjoy your time at Long Beach Resort. As soon as you walk in you can’t help but be awestruck by the beautiful views of the blue water and white sand you will see through the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead you to the expansive balcony. There is truly not a better view available in Panama City Beach. Stepping inside, guests are greeted by an ambiance of brightness and cleanliness. Designed to accommodate a family very comfortably with ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The main living area overlooks the azure waters and sugar-white sands of the beach, setting the stage for a truly immersive coastal experience.

The recently renovated kitchen exudes elegance with granite countertops, new appliances, and dimmable LED lighting. Boasting ocean views, this culinary haven invites guests to savor the vista while preparing meals or indulging in their favorite libations. The Second Bedroom is equally inviting, furnished with 2 queen beds, flat-screen TV, and abundant closet space, with an adjacent full bathroom for added convenience. This bedroom is also a great place to wake up to a view of the beach with the floor to ceiling windows. As well you can also just relax in the room and take in sunrise and sunset views.
In the Living Room, a plush sofa unfolds into a queen sleeper, complemented by a large flat-screen TV and high-speed internet access. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto the balcony, offering seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living spaces. With additional sleeping accommodations provided by the sleeper sofa, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 9 guests. Additional seating includes a love seat and very comfortable leather recliner.

Adjacent to the living area, the Dining Area offers seating for six, with beach views enhancing every mealtime experience. This view is through the great expanse of floor to ceiling windows with a sliding glass door leading out to a large balcony with unobstructed views to the East and West of the beach.

You will also find a new washing machine and dryer which provides added convenience, allowing guests to maintain their wardrobe throughout their stay. This thoughtful amenity ensures that guests can enjoy a stress-free vacation experience, with all the comforts of home at their fingertips.

As part of the Long Beach Resort, guests enjoy access to an expansive Lagoon Pool with a cabana for good list of offerings of food and beverage during the season. There are also 3 other pools in the resort, heated in the off season.

Beyond the resort, Panama City Beach offers a plethora of entertainment options, from bowling and roller skating to aquarium visits and shopping excursions. Nearby attractions include Gulf World, Pier Park, and St. Andrews Park, each offering unique experiences and memories to cherish.

Long Beach Resort is an all-encompassing beach resort with some of the best vacation rental experiences. Our resort accommodations are nestled in the sugar-white sandy shores of one of the most highly rated Florida beaches.
To the West just across the street from Edgewater Beach Resort is a bowling alley with roller skating and arcade. In this complex are 5 options for dining from casual to fine dining. Just down the road to the West is Gulf World (which is a very nice aquarium), a nice breakfast diner, and Diegos for great margaritas and Mexican food choices. You will then enter Pier Park known for a wide variety of shopping certain to meet your needs as well as more dining choices, Dave and Busters, and a movie theatre. This is next to an amphitheater that hosts a variety of concerts.
You can also travel about 20 minutes further west to the famous Rosemary Beach for another array of dining and shopping. Or just rent a bike and travel along the bike trails.
Across the street you will find a very convenient Walmart for all last-minute needs. A little further East along the beach is Pineapple Willy's for your frozen drink needs and nice menu items. Further east you will travel past an 18-hole golf course, then more dining choices like Schooners famous for the bell ringing at Sunset. Then just a few miles further is Dat Cajun (my favorite for regular and seafood, oysters with great beer choices in a sports bar restaurant which also has music. Do not miss right around the corner is the local favorite Captain Andersons which is a fine dining experience overlooking the fishing boats. For the nature lovers in us is St. Andrews Park where you can take in the nature that Panama City Beach Has to offer. In case you want to explore further there is across the bridge to Panama City (not to confuse with Panama City Beach), a growing city with many choices including an Irish Pub. Hopefully, these items will help you in planning your vacation.

There is so much more to explore that I have not even touched like, Shell Island, Sunset Cruises, boat rentals and such. You can find these options just around the corner from Captain Andersons and on flyers in local newspapers and pamphlets.
