This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is located on the second floor overlooking a nice quiet grassy area and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The location is perfect as you don't have to fool with the busy elevators during peak seasons. The unit has been recently remodeled. The kitchen has been completely redone with new cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances. The master bedroom has a roomy king size bed and access to the balcony. The guest room has 2 full size beds and there is a set of twin bunk beds built in between the master and guest room. Perfect to accomodate your family. The unit is fully stocked for your convenience and also has a full size washer and dryer.
