Spring Break 2025

The condo was very nice and clean, check in was super easy. Master bed was very comfy. Couch was equally as comfy to lounge on when we had 1 rainy day and in the evenings! View was beautiful, and pool and hot tub were both warm, and kids swam and enjoyed them all week! Bikini bobs was good, and inexpensive to eat at- also drinks at both places were VERY good! Beach was very clean, as well as the water- overall great experience, will visit again!

The best family get away!!

The room was amazing, being on the 2nd floor and avoiding the elevators was the best! The balcony view was beautiful! Perfect view of the ocean and of the pools!! We have vowed to make this our home away from home!! The room had all you need fully loaded with kitchen amenities and cookware, washer and dryer in the room, literally everything you need is there to live comfortably and then some!! I will always recommend this property to anyone needing a location in PCB!!☀️🏖

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked with Kenny last minute. Pretty much 20 minutes before arriving. He was responsive and helpful. The unit looked exactly like the pictures. Couch and bed were very comfortable. We personally liked that it was towards the end and only on the second floor which meant we never had to wait on an elevator. Overall great stay!

I loved the Jack-N-Jill bathroom layout as well as the bunkbeds. Being on the 2nd level was great because we just used the stairs. Other than one remote not working and the smoke detector going off during our showers we had no issues. We will definitely book again.

We loved we were on the second floor right beside the elevator and the steps so quick and easy to get down to the pool and the beach. We liked that there was a store inside the condo and a little food place bikini bobs right beside the pools with cheap prices compared to the Tiki bar. We loved the condo could tell it was updated. We had an issue with the Fridge but Kenny sent someone right out to fix the problem. Overall we enjoyed and loved the location of the condo. We like to go to Hunts on St. Andrews to eat and went to the Jetties at the Park and it was only a 12 min Drive.

This stay was absolutely amazing for our family. The convenience of being on the second floor with the stairs right outside your door with no elevator wait is a no brainer! Super close to mini golf, water park and lots of restaurants. Condo was clean and felt like home! We will definitely be back!

PCB Summit 203

We had a great stay from check in to check out. The condo is as described. Very clean and we loved the LVT floors instead of tile or carpet. Right next to the elevator and trash shoot. We mainly took the stairs since it was only the 2nd floor but we did not have any issues when we needed the elevator. Will definitely be staying here again.

Quiet Vacation Getaway

The room is located at the right end of the building, which is away from the pools and check in area. This helps keep it quiet. The property manager was very helpful when the refrigerator/freezer would not properly work. We were able to get it working, and they also ordered the parts needed to fix it moving forward. This is a nicely decorated room, and you do not have to use the elevators at all.
