This condo was very clean, modern and up-to-date. All new appliances. Very comfortable king size bed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very much recommended to those trying to decide.

Great location

We loved the condo and location. My only complaints (which are not deal breakers) are that the mattress in the bedroom was entirely too firm and the bedroom stayed about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. I thought this was due to the bedroom having the sliding glass door access to the balcony, but the living room had the same access and was no where near as hot.

Nice condo

It was a nice clean little condo! The carpet needs to be replaced and has a musty smell to it. The bed was comfy and the view is beautiful! The ceiling fan over the bed is very noisy and we had to wear ear plugs when we went to bed. The sliding glass door tracks need to be cleaned as it’s really tough to Open. It’s a very nice condo with the few issues mentioned. I would stay there again! Loved Edgewater Beach Resort!

Perfect

We had a great time. This place was perfect, quiet and in a great location. The view from the balcony was probably the best part. You could see the sunset and we had an epic thunderstorm over the ocean one night that we just sat for hours and watched. The large main pool was cool but the one at our building was more private and stayed open until midnight. The only downside about the condo was the sliding glass door to the balcony is off the track or something and extremely difficult to open. We had read reviews that others had posted previously mentioning this so hopefully that gets fixed,however we were able to just use the bedroom door to get out on the balcony so it was ok. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Stayed in 604 the ease of getting to the beach was excellent view was awesome and unit was clean and well represented in description. The included beach chairs and umbrella was a nice touch as well. Would recommend to stay. 3k for a week. I’m sure there may be cheaper ones but the quality was good and gated parking lot as well as beach chairs and umbrella made up the differences.

Extremely outdated. Was not clean. Hair in showers, furniture not clean- uncomfortable to sit on couch and chair in living room because of cleanliness. TV didn’t work half the time, QR code on door was dirty/didn’t work. BR was hot. Master bath - unable to use bc it was so clogged. Codes were not listed correctly for beach access (you have to use the “C” to get back in- not listed). A lot of guests were smoking; including in the small gated pool area. Thank goodness for access to the pool by the towers. View was beautiful to ocean - about the only positive.

Unit is a bit cluttered and lacking upgrades, BUT! unit was super clean, and had everything we needed. Door needs a security lock option (deadbolt, chain, flip lock, etc) Beautiful view and great midrise building. Loved the small attached pool and enjoyed our beach chair service. Gated community with onsite security.... a great location to stay.

Absolutely gorgeous views from the kitchen to the master bedroom! Check in was a breeze. We did make the mistake of going to the wrong gate upon arrival (owners gate) but was easily able to find the correct (guest) gate. We loved the location on the 6th (top) floor and had zero issues with noise etc. Parking was great compared to other places we've stayed! My wife and I had such an unforgettable trip and am so glad to of made memories that will last a life time!

Beautiful Condo

We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the dolphins. The condo exceeded our expectations. Real joy was helpful anytime I needed them. I would highly recommend.
