Excellent layout for your family to enjoy the beach without the craziness of PCB or Destin. Quick walk to the beach, 7 minute drive to Rosemary, or 15 minute golf cart ride to Pier Park. Enjoy the best of both places but have the beach all to yourself. Enjoy coffee on the balcony, or step outside to the pool. Want to get around, but don’t want to deal with your SUV, ask about our 6 Person Golf Cart!
