There's room for the whole family at Laketown Wharf unit #301, located on the 3rd floor. This is a 3 bedroom , 3 bathroom plus bunk area unit, with space for 10 guests! Wrap-around balcony with a lake-view. The unit is thoughtfully decorated with coastal BoHo design. Laketown has many amenities and just across from the Gulf of Mexico: 5 pools, fun entertainment, food, and drinks .Book with us and enjoy a great vacation at the beach with your family and friends!

THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL ONE TIME FEE BETWEEN $70.00 -$120.00 DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF BEDROOMS. Fee is $70 for a one bedroom, $90 for a two bedroom $120 for a 3 bedroom (plus tax and fees.)
PER RESERVATION, NOT PER PERSON. FEE IS FOR 2 PARKING PASSES AND WRISTBANDS FOR THE WHOLE GROUP, FOR THE WHOLE STAY, PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOA, SEPARATE FROM THE RESERVATION. GUEST MUST PRE- REGISTER ONLINE, WITH THE NAMES, AGES OF EACH GUEST AND VEHICLES MAKE AND MODEL BEFORE THE CHECK IN DATE. LINK TO THE REGISTRATION PORTAL WILL BE TEXTED TO GUEST UPON CONFIRMED RESERVATION. Please note, this price is subject to change, as it is set by the HOA of Laketown Wharf. .

Guest parking is designated to the North West Parking Deck. Two parking spaces are allowed per condo in the garage; parking is unassigned. Please display your parking pass in the windshield (visibly). Failure to display a valid parking pass could result in the car being towed.

No pets or smoking are allowed in this condo.

$500 Violation fee if unit smells like smoke or Pets brought into the unit.

We will charge a fine and/or evict if caught smoking in the unit. If there is a smoke odor left behind, we will charge as well.

This was my first time booking. A stay like this and I was so nervous, thinking it was going to be so hard and it was super easy and I loved how we literally checked in had everything we needed. The place was beautiful and I had zero issues. I had the pleasure of meeting the cleaner of the property.Her name was Amanda and I had to let her know That the property was extremely clean and maintained.And I let her know how much I appreciated her hard work!! We will absolutely stay here again.Hopefully as soon as possible!!

Property manager was very easy to reach and very responsive to all concerns. The condo is located in a great location and floor. My only concern is the cleanliness of the condo. It needs a deep clean esp inside kitchen cabinets and curtains. Pull-out sofa mattress was stained. I truly do not believe that the bedding gets changed. We washed all of our linens before we went to bed (we always do this) and when they were washed and dried the color was brighter/whiter. I also washed 1 of the bed blankets that was brown. After it was washed the color was actually lighter (it was dirty). The linens had permanent stains on them.

My only quarrel with my stay was the absurd line with only 1 worker attending while the others took care of less urgent matters. Took me 45 minutes to move about 10 feet. The rest of the trip was blissful, thank you.
