Lovely gulf-front condo with gorgeous views of the emerald-green waters of the Gulf and beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Let this condo be your next home away from home. This cozy 1 bed/2 bath condo accommodates six people with a master bedroom, built-in hallway bunks, and a sofa sleeper. Seychelles sits on the quiet east-end of PCB, Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddie pool, Jacuzzi, and fitness center. located within walking distance to St. Andrews State Park and right next door to the iconic Schooners restaurant. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and breakfast bar, stainless dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and toaster oven. Over-sized great room. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older or a child of a registered guests. Valcourt will begin on the building’s painting project Monday, August 18th. Work includes stucco repairs, garage exterior painting, decorative ribbon touch-ups, sealant replacement, and other exterior improvements. They will start on the north side to delay pool deck impact until fall. Per tentative schedule, balcony access will be unaffected until mid–late October, and partial pool deck closures will begin in early November.

Dirty carpets, sloppy paint. Rock hard bed,

The carpets were filthy, turned socks feet black, bedding thin and slippery cheap. We like a firm Matress but this was like a rock with a foam pad over it. Woke up in pain every day. The walls had beautiful colors but paint job was sloppy and all over the place. Throw rugs were slippery and dirty in kitchen and baths, more hazard than help. Was not worth the cost.
