Commodore 1106 3BR Gulf Front Retreat with Stunning Ocean Views Special Rates

This beautiful beachfront condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms—perfect for families or groups traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve memorable meals. Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from the 40 ft expansive balcony, and savor a quiet morning coffee as the sun rises over the water. Upon entering this spacious condo, you will find a bedroom to your right with (2) beds as well as flat screen TV. The bedroom has private door to an adjoining hall bath with a shower. The kitchen will be to the left as you enter the front door, with a stackable washer and dryer in the unit. Moving further into the unit, you will come into the dining room and living room with a Flat Screen Smart TV. There will be a King bedroom with flat screen Smart TV and private bathroom with a walk in shower to the left of the living room. To the right of the living room you will find a Queen bedroom with Flat screen Smart TV and a private bathroom. Both rooms are Gulf front with spectacular beach views! The balcony wraps from bedroom to bedroom and includes multiple chairs for your comfort and veiwing.



Additional property amenities include all of your kitchen items for cooking, bed linens, high quality bathroom towels and kitchen towels, high speed internet, and an initial supply of startup household supplies for kitchen and bath. Yes, you will have a Keurig Coffee Maker to enjoy!



The property features a beachfront pool and hot tub, with chaise loungers for guest use, as well as a gated children's pool. The covered pavilion offers outdoor grilling and picnic tables, a firepit and recreational amenities and equipment.



Parking is available at the building. Your condo includes (2) parking pass. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the HOA per their bylaws, although Service Animals are always welcome. There is no smoking or vaping is permitted in the building (including balconies or at the pool deck).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a mix up on our condo and we were worried about what was going to happen. It was taken care of and gave us a bigger condo for our trouble. The condo was amazing! We have stayed at the Commodore for many, many years and this was the first time we had any mixup. We will be back with a different group in 3 weeks and it will be another great time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
