  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Awesome Stay

We had a great time! The condo was exactly as described, we had everything we needed with a beautiful beach view and a few minute walk. It was hard to leave and we can’t wait to come back.

Affordable last minute vacation

Had to make arrangements quickly for a 2 week stay after the 2 hurricanes left our spot in Pinellas county destroyed. Affordable and super easy process for us. Amazing amenities close by and our unit had everything we needed. Slightly dated decor but we didn’t care. It was very clean and owners were a pleasure to deal with. The price for a spot on the beach can’t be beat! We will be back

Edgewater

The condo was comfortable but needs some upgrading such as new blinds, the ones in the MB would not pull all the way closed nor the ones in the living room area. Needs new painting and upgraded furniture. MB bed was very comfortable and the dogs sleeper was comfortable too once we put the eggshell mattress on it.

We absolutely loved this condo! Great view! Super clean, blinds do need replaced but we leave them open anyway so that is not a problem for us at all! Comfortable with an Amazing View

Most complaints in previous reviews were addressed VIEW-Absolutely breathtaking!!! When you sit on the couch or lay in bed, you see water. BALCONY-There’s nothing between you and the beach. The chairs are new. The sliding doors are a little hard to open, but no more than other condos. KITCHEN-Outdated, but functions.The silverware is a little sparse. They do have a shrimp boil pot. The dishwasher won’t stay closed unless you push it closed. The ice maker was still broken, but there were two ice trays. LIVING- Outdated, but the furniture was comfortable. TV is streaming only. The TV had a weird purple tint to it. We tried to fix it, but couldn’t. The pull out bed was okay The couple who slept on it didn’t complain. The blinds are missing slats. Blackout curtains would work better. (owners…HINT) BATH-Outdated decor. The water pressure was fantastic. Both toilets flush weird and are loud. I thought they’d overflow. The hallway bath didn’t flush once because the chain came off. The cabinet floor underneath the sink looks severely water damaged. The bedroom bath faucet leaks at the base. BED-Blinds are missing slats too. There is no ceiling fan. I had to buy a fan. It would be nice if they supplied a fan. (HINT) The bed was fine. The TV is streaming. You can hear the waves w/door sliding closed. The washer/ dryer and air vents appear to be new. OVERALL, I was satisfied. If you want your place swanky, go somewhere else. It’s a comfortable place with a fantastic view.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in need of some updating. We enjoyed our stay but the master bedroom needs a new mattress. Could sleep on it but there were lumps in the mattress you could not push out. No ceiling fan in bedrooms and only one small air vent over the door that didn’t put out much air. Also in the living room a lot of the shade curtains had strips missing to block evening sun. If you have a guest they will have to pull the mattress off of the sofa to sleep on the floor because of the rails not comfortable on the sofa. Commodes had to flushed twice to empty.On a good note all other amenities and location was great. Probably will look for a different locates time.’

Perfect for our trip.

Perfect for the short trip we had and the value was worth it. The property itself is a maze to get to but we managed. Listing definitely needs some updating, but it does the job of a small getaway.

Family vacay

This property is very outdated needs a lot of work sliding glass door is hard to open blinds are broken all light fixtures are out dated there’s not even a light in bedroom just lamp pitiful for what the price to rent .kitchen needs silverware and cooking utensils and potholders and dish towels these are just a few things there’s plenty more!!The air conditioning went out and we called and text to no response till the next day we had to buy fans just to be able to sleep when they did respond it took 5 hours before someone came out to fix it the lack of communication is unacceptable I requested some of our money back and of course I didn’t get a response don’t waste your money on this unit it’s horrible

Great location...But, no ice maker, no broom or dustpan, broken glass on closet door, only 5 or 6 slats on the shades,the old shades were under the bed & in front closet, Man entered our room with out text or call, so we kept dead bolt turned, employee he was..needs a full undate, so disappointed unplug or lightbulb
