"An initial issue trying to check in but eventually this got sorted. The staff were extremely helpful and made the stay. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location also makes it an excellent choice for visiting both the Alhambra and the historic Albaicín neighborhood. It was a very convenient and comfortable base for exploring Granada. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city."
