New, clean property that in on the edge of Massafra in a commercial area. Access to the main road is excellent but you need a car to get into the city. Taranto is a short 15 minute drive away.

Nice way to explore Puglia
A modern house with all equipment you need. you can enjoy a privacy. Anna is a kind person and helped us a lot. Everything was perfect, we spent a wonderful time in Monacizzo. Nice beach is about 10 min by walk. Restaurants are 5 minutes by car.

The villa itself looks as per the pictures. The villa is set in a neglected large plot. The front garden is not usable, but could be an amazing space.
