Private: property 700 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, bus stop "Pals" 7 km, sandy beach "Playa de Pals" 600 m.
"Golf Pals", 6-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 180 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, electric coffee machine) with bar. Bath/WC, shower/WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6).   • This was one of my favorite spots in Spain. It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front. There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach. I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach. The location of the beach is the closest I can do but it is referred by the locals as (Platjanudista).#Beach

Vacances très bien

J ai passé deux semaines de vacances avec mes enfants dans cette grande maison où il y a eu quelques soucis pas grave du tout en plus interhome est très réactive et apporte vite des solutions Merci beaucoup Une très grande piscine et pas loin du tout de la mer On peut pas demander plus pour passer de bonnes vacances

Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht. Es gab zwar einige Kritikpunkte, z.B.: kurze Betten, müffelnde Schränke, teilweise etwas angewohnt, aber das waren alles Dinge mit denen man leben kann. Das Haus ist 5-10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und hat einen vorderen und hinteren Gartenbereich mit einem schönen großen Pool. Restaurants,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles in allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub hier verbracht.

Maison spacieuse bien située Des espaces extérieures très agréables Équipements intérieur insuffisants : bouilloire, lave vaisselle, cafetière literie à changer ! Ameublement vieillot Installation électrique défaillante Pas de WiFi, vaisselle dépareillée et hors d'âge Maintenance réactive et efficace Quel dommage !!!!

Het huis is niet nieuw maar ne...

Het huis is niet nieuw maar netjes en ruim en het eigen zwembad is heeeeerlijk. Reistips: Platja de Pals is een vakantieoord voor mensen die graag rust hebben, graag aan het uitgebreide strand liggen of, zoals wij, surfen. En die bereid zijn om voorenig vertier een paar kilometer te rijden. Platja de Pals heeft geen bruisend uitgaansleven maar wel een paar leuke restaurants. Het oude Pals is prachtig. En ook de omringende plaatsen en natuur zijn aanraders. Girona is een sfeervolle stad met veel mooie winkels, restaurants en cultuur.

Nous avons passé 15 jours à 8 dans cette maison , idéalement situé. De beau volume , une grande piscine bien exposé ,un jardin simple ,propre et agréable. Grande terrasse extérieur abrité du soleil ou de la pluie (car ca arrive). Résidence beaucoup plus sympa en réalité que sur les photos... Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de climatisation. Sans hésiter nous reviendrons, si besoin. Merci au propriétaire pour la réactivité et le suivie en cas de soucis
