Enjoy the sun and beach combined with nautic sports  and golf in a distance of 150 meters.School of catamaran, windsurfing, kitesyrf, surf and kayak. Also to little distance Platja de Pals is the Club of Golf.

In the basement of the building you can find the parking that connects with elevator up to the apartment.

It is possible to enjoy a few vacations without need to move with vehicle.

To a distance of 400 meters there is the service of a supermarket and of establishments of restoration.

The community garden is ideal for the children, they know and play with other children. Each of the swimming pools has a small infantile swimming pool.

In front of the building there is a maritime walk that passes next to the beach.
