Staff was super unhelpful and unfriendly. When we went down to ask for towels, they wouldn’t give them to us. They said they would send someone else to bring them up. They ended up bringing them when I was in the shower with no knock or announcement. This was a major invasion of privacy, as I was in the shower at the time with no one else in the room. I also asked for a pool key at checkout since I had only stayed for one night and wanted to get lunch and drinks at the pool. The staff member refused to give me a key and said I would have to check back into the hotel. I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem with the staff or getting a pool key after checkout. I will not be staying here again and won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone else.

The hotel was amazing, room was huge. Me and my wife said that the bed was the comfiest bed we had ever slept on. Pools and workout rooms were awesome as well. There is a coffee bean there that has good coffee. And a laundry list of food options in the lobby that are actually quality. We had a hair in the food 😭but they replaced it right away. And the stores were endless you could walk around all day. We did a first look in the lobby the fountain area is really cool.

The hotel/resort is very beautiful and clean. We arrived before 11 am and received complimentary early check-in. The room (37-719) is so spacious and I love the sunken living room. I booked a room with Sphere view and got it, with bonus golf course and mountain views. Another feature I like is the toilet has a separate door in the bathroom. The tub is separate from the shower. Housekeeping is daily. All the staff we encountered are respectful and professional.
Our favorite restaurant is the Grand Lux Cafe and there are 2 of them, the smaller one is open 24/7 and the bigger one until 2am.
This is our second time at the Palazzo and highly recommend it and will choose it again next time.

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. From the time we stepped in the door we were greeted and handled with white glove service. The staff was enthusiastic about welcoming us and ensuring that every aspect of our stay was explained and detailed. We were even granted a complimentary upgrade to a stripe view room on the higher tiered floor.. The pools and staff surrounding them were a delight as well. Thank u to the amazing Conrad staff for making our trip so memorable. See ya next time!!!!
