"ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. "The apartment was clean and check in was a breeze as Marc is on top of the communication to get everyone in. The apartment is as shown and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Check out was equally easy. Marc is a receptive host who quickly answers questions or responds to inquiries.
