They had every utensil you could think of in the kitchen, pool towels, a speaker, daily laundry and cleaning services. "It is only a block away from the beach , some local options for food in walking distance, the pool is open 24/7 unless they are cleaning it. Board games on site, beds comfy and clean, all amenities you need. parking in front. Not a lot to do in Brasilito but great location to get to everything. The owners of the condo are really great to deal with and remember to take a photo of the emergency numbers on the kitchen counter just in case. "

"I just got back from a stay at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica, and honestly, it was such a great trip. The resort is beautiful — it’s right on a black sand beach, which was really cool and made the whole place feel unique. Our room was super spacious and comfortable, and the pool area was perfect: big, clean, and a great place to relax. But what really made the experience stand out was the staff. They were incredible across the board. Our butler, Henry, was awesome. He was super friendly and helpful, always checking in and making sure everything ran smoothly. He handled all our dinner reservations and just made things really easy, which let us actually relax and enjoy the trip. At the Star Class pool, we were lucky to have Yearly taking care of us. He was amazing — always one step ahead, bringing us towels, moving umbrellas when the sun shifted, even covering up my kids when it started to rain. You could tell he genuinely cared, and that made a big difference. We also had Samuel as our waiter at one of the cabanas, and he was fantastic too. Always around when we needed something, super attentive, and just really good at what he does. Everyone we met at the resort was friendly, welcoming, and professional. You can tell they care about creating a great experience for guests. Overall, I loved my time at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica. The setting is gorgeous, the rooms and amenities are great, but the staff is what really made the trip "

"I thought this property was great! All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The food was good as well! It was perfect for our honeymoon. Iñake with Costa Rica unique experience was great! We booked three tours through them & it was amazing!! The location is a bit secluded, but if you’re looking for a quiet spot this is great! There’s a few great restaurants nearby."
