A brand new architectural and stylish townhouse in a quiet well established neighbourhood ! It's spacious open plan living opens to a private patio with a fenced yard. The house has 3 Bedrooms; includes an ensuite with a large shower, 2 lounges, 3 heat pumps, 2 TVs, King or Queen size beds, internal access garage, very clean etc. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking. Washing machine/dryer is available in case you want to do laundry. Ultra fast fibre internet connection available etc.
The space
The master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2 other bedrooms have Queen size beds. Smart TVs, Fast wifi for connecting all games and devices and of course movies from streaming services.
Convenient location to Arena, shops, hospital and city.
A double car internal access garage is avaliable.

The location is great as you are within 1 km of the city center. You're close to the best that Palmerston North has to offer.
