Palmerston Island Holidays from NZ$400

The room (at least our room - Central 400's) reeked of cigarette smell. The hotel was already so busy because there was a big event going on at the Convention Center, so we didn't bother mentioning it. Getting any type of service was going to be too time-consuming. We were there mainly just to sleep anyway. The toilet was black, which was very odd to us; how were we supposed to know it was clean or not? The toilet/shower room lighting was dark and dim, so cleanliness is hard to see. I don't think I would stay here again.

The room that I got had no trash bags. The bath tube will fill up fast with in minutes and the window blinds were open so all the sun will shine

Firstly, when you go to Vegas you expect to spend a pretty penny but the prices here were extortionate for what was given in return! I love to get in the tub and order room service but the food was too bland and not up to expectation for a $600 bill! When I complained it was shrugged off. Also, if you are a Expedia gold member you are meant to receive a free upgrade, on arrival the reception said it was packed which was an absolute lie, its beginning of August where temperatures are exceeding comfortable like being in a furnace. The hotel was not packed at all, even beach liv was empty. On that topic too, don’t expect to hear any other music than booms and cats!

The staff was very helpful. The bedroom we got upgraded to was huge, and it was very clean. It had a huge tub and it made the stay very comfortable.
