"You can hear the people next to you easily. I stayed at this hotel bc i went to vidit des Moines for my 21st bday, it was fine until the last day. When we were sleeping at 11:45PM all i could hear were the damn kids next door screaming."

"It was nice but a little worn. It was very noisy, located at the intersection of two highways with a lot of truck traffic. Also is right next to railroad tracks and when a train went past it was very loud and you even could feel the vibration as it passed."

"Overall the home was clean. We did have to wash a few of the dishes before using. The towels in the bath room were damp, so we rewashed them. Pocahontas is a dying community, so some of the home in the area were very run down. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house, and would use it again."
