100 STEPS TO BEACH — RENOVATED 2BR/2BA PET FRIENDLY CONDO AT CAPE SAN BLAS!

"The condo was well stocked with everything you would normally need on a beach vacation. Although we brought our own supplies we noticed a well stocked kitchen, both bathrooms, laundry room, and plenty of beach supplies(chairs, buggy,umbrella, toys, even sunscreen). I can't imagine you needing anything other than your personal supplies and food as well as pet food. There were even feeding bowls, towels and balls for your pet. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was easy to get in touch with to handle a couple of minor things that came up, and dealt with them right away.The only thing that was a disadvantage was this condo was on the first floor and the condo above had kids that didn't walk anywhere they ran. And as kids do, they were up before the sun came up. But they wore out early so it was a peacefully sleep in a comfortable bed.The master bedroom was large enough that our travel pet crate could be set up and there was plenty of room to walk aroundIf this owner was to have other condos in other areas I would definitely use her again."

"Cleanliness was acceptable, but admittedly we are clean freaks (LOL). Beds were reasonably comfortable, and this is highly subjective but they seemed to be a little firmer than we prefer. Stove was difficult to operate, but once we figured it out it worked as it should. Beach access was spectacular. Slider doors along the back wall in the main level need attention. Very difficult to open the main door. Plus needs curtains or blinds as the back of the house faces West and the sun will blast you at the dining table."
