"Great hotel with clean modern bedrooms. Facilities were excellent with an outdoor plunge pool and larger swimming pool. Plenty of sun beds and good pool bar. The breakfast was first class with plenty of choice of either hot or cold food. All the stall were very helpful and friendly making this a great place to stay."

10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and had a wonderful stay. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean and boasts stunning sea views.
Although we arrived before our room was ready, the staff stored our luggage and provided a courtesy room so we could freshen up before heading straight to the pool. The staff were exceptional throughout, friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Our pool-view room was comfortable, well equipped and immaculate.
The hotel has two beautiful pool areas, including a peaceful adults-only pool, plus a private cove that’s ideal for swimming or paddling. There were always plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels available. Breakfast offered an excellent choice each morning, with fresh fruit and beautiful ocean views.
We also enjoyed exploring the local restaurants. Bar 22 Lounge was fantastic, with a welcoming owner who even remembered our drinks order and saved us seats for the football. Le Petit Jardin served excellent Greek food with equally wonderful service, while Cosi Italian (around a 20-minute walk) was outstanding. Chef Bruno prepared authentic Italian food and took the time to chat with us, making it a memorable experience.
Our only disappointment was BOTTEGA BAY Rocks Hot Stones. After politely mentioning that a dish tasted unpleasant, the chef responded in a rude and aggressive manner. It was completely out of keeping with the friendliness and hospitality we experienced everywhere else.
Overall, would highly recommend this hotel."
"The overall experience was good. We liked the pool bar and the free entrance to the spa - although the spa could use some extra love and care. The breakfast was diverse and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location close to the airport, the public beach and lots of restaurants nearby.
One issue was that there were not enough sunbeds and people reserved them by placing towels and leaving them unattended for hours. Sure one could tell the staff about the issue and they would remove the towels but we feel too conflict-avoidant to ask for that.
The overall cleaning in the spa and pool area could be improved. Especially in the spa you could find hair on the floor and in the sauna. We also found a few ants crawling on the floor of the room despite our room being on the second floor.
It was a good stay for most parts but not great value for the money that we paid."
"Great stay... location is perfect with direct access to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. Room was very clean and all inclusive food package was adequate. If you rent a car, parking is the only challenge because the hotel does not have a parking garage"
"We went for a short family break.
Staff were very accommodating- provided us with towels so we could use the pool before our check in time.
Facilities were good - breakfast was great -
really good choice of fresh foods.
Location was good - 10 min walk to a really nice beach. 25 min bus to water park. 20 min from airport by car"
"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and although I’d read reviews mentioning possible noise depending on where you were in the hotel, I took earplugs and slept peacefully.
The food was good with a reasonable choice, and there was a lovely terrace area with sun beds, as well as around the pool.
Lovely Spa and had a really good massage, definitely recommended!
The hotel is in a great position for an evening stroll along the seafront, browsing the shops and restaurants, or enjoying the nightlife if that’s what you’re looking for.
I would definitely stay here again."
