Perfect weekend for my Hen Party

We had an amazing time at this villa for my hen party. There were 9 of us in total and we had more than enough space in the bedrooms, communal areas, bathrooms etc. The heated pool was great (definitely needed for our March stay) The location was also perfect; a short walk to the beach, about 10-15 mins in Uber to the airport and the city centre. Margalida was really helpful before and during our stay. I would recommend this villa to everyone

Amazing owner

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Owners: very responsive and helpful with everything. Made sure we enjoyed our stay and answered all questions promptly Kitchen: very well equipped, great terrasse, grocery store near, many restaurant options Toys: wow … pool table, ping pong, music, gaming room…. Considering we had many teenagers a huge olus. Bikes for everybody was an incredible feature and we could all go to Palma or near destinations. Location: great to go around Mallorca never far for day trips. More of a modern house so not as « tipico » but amenities compensate. Only caveat…. Not anybody’s fault but the immediate neighbour is under construction so can be loud in the morning…. Owner was so nice that they sent us a paella to compensate. Great stay. Highly recommend

Villa Marina Cristal - Exceeds Expectations

My wife and I chose Villa Marina Cristal to celebrate my 65th birthday with our family (six adults and two infants). The host, Margalida, welcomed my family warmly and surprised us on our arrival with delicious Mallorcan treats of pastry (ensaimadas), fresh fruit tray and local Spanish wine to enjoy. She was responsive and helpful in providing pre-trip guidance and recommendations for local restaurants and chefs. She, also, checked in during the week to ensure we were enjoying her home and offered additional assistance to make our stay even better. Margalida is an outstanding host. The villa and its many amenities lived up to the description and photos. It has everything you need for a fun and relaxing holiday. The living space of the home was spacious and bright. Our family had fun in the pool and fully enjoyed the lounge and entertaining areas. The villa is a short 200m walk to the beach and Palma boardwalk plus provides a vista for beautiful sunsets from the second and third floor decks. Many happy family memories were made during our stay. We hope to visit your villa again one day. Thank you Margalida. Neil

Lovely Villa and perfect location

This was an extremely well located villa. We have traveled to Majorca many times, and hadn't explored this side of Palma. The cycle routes and pathways made it really easy to access Palma old town (15 mins cycle) or the other way to Puro Beach (12 mins). Its literally 2/3 mins walk from a supermarket, or 5 mins drive to a bigger hypermarket. The villa is very well equipped in the kitchen, BBQ, Buggy, Cot, Bikes for adults/small children and baby seats, lots of seating options etc. The villa itself is very impressive, and even with a toddler and baby it was great as the owners fitted stairs gates in and outside for us. A couple of things to consider if you look to book this villa (we will definitely be looking to do so!), to see if the villa can be cleaned mid week - due to the white and open plan nature with a lot of people it could do with a refresh. There were facilities to wash towels etc, but always nice for it to be done on holiday. Also, 2 of the rooms upstairs were linked - ideal if you have smaller children, but tricky for 2 couples. Overall a lovely villa, with extremely helpful owners and I would definitely recommend. Thanks

Excellent house, fabulous host

This is a fabulous holiday home, in a great neighbourhood not far from the airport with beach, shopping and a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Ubers are plentiful and reasonably priced for going into the city, and the wider road network is easily accessed for exploring the island. The pool area is great and the decked area provides welcome shade. The house is spotlessly clean and has great aircon. Margalida is a really exceptional host and has equipped the house with everything you will need for your stay. We have stayed in many houses all over the world and this is up there with the best.

Wonderful villa for a family holiday

The villa is absolutely stunning. Superbly located close to the beach, local amenities, bars and restaurants and just a short bus ride from Palma.The accommodation is extremely high spec with every possible detail taken care of - it's very spacious inside and lovely outside dining areas, a fabulous pool, terraces and areas to relax.It was spotlessly clean throughout and very secure.The hosts Margalida and Manel have thought of everything that a family would need for a perfect holiday and were always in touch with helpful information to ensure that we got the most out of our stay. I would thoroughly recommend as a perfect place for a family holiday - would love to go back sometime.

Fun Weekend Away

We booked the villa for a long weekend with family and friends. Situated minutes walk from a beautiful beach with cafes, bars and restaurants there is also a number of supermarkets minutes away making it a fantastic location. The villa easily accommodated all three families with children of all ages ranging from 10 to 18 year old's. We all had our own space and bathrooms, all of which were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The villa not only offers ample space, but provides an endless amount of entertainment for adults and kids alike. We all had an amazing time and really didn't want to leave. The hosts are amazingly welcoming to allowing us to drop off all our bags ahead of check-in, spending time explaining how everything works and even arranging a fruit platter and champagne on arrival. It is a wonderful villa in a fantastic setting, both myself and all my guests would definitely recommend it!

Tolles Haus - tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben eine Buchungslücke von 3 Nächten im Mai erwischt und waren sehr zufrieden. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts und die Gastgeberin Margalida hat uns selbst für diesen kurzen Aufenthalt mit einem gefüllten Kühlschrank und persönlicher Betreuung empfangen.

Beautiful villa

I can’t say enough about what a wonderful time we had in Mallorca. The villa was beautiful and just as the pictures show and describe. Margalida communicated often and effectively. She made the check in process easy and showed us the villa in person. The villa was well appointed with everything you would need. The location was perfect and close to the beach and restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Margalida was even so kind to leave us a few local treats and checked on us during our stay to see if we had any needs or issues. We are planning to stay again soon and would recommend the villa and hosts to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation.

Super Villa!

Die Villa ist eine Wucht. Die Gastgeberin achtet auf das kleinste Detail und ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wäre nicht das Meer gleich vor der Haustüre, könnte man gut und gerne ein paar Tage nur im Haus verbringen. Die Aktivitäten reichen von PlayStation, Billard bis hin zur Hausdisco. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great stay in Palma

This beautiful house has everything that you may wish and the owner does all she can to make your stay comfortable. Slight negative remark is for the proximity of the airport and hence the noise of the departing planes.

Recent villa stay

The house was absolutely spotless and Margalida was very welcoming upon arrival, helping with our luggage. Even had a beautiful fruit platter and Cava waiting. Throughout the stay if we needed anything from her she was immediately responsive & even helped us to book taxis when needed. The location of the villa was great - so close to the city centre, beach is less than 1 min walk and it feels like a nice authentic Spanish area with some great local restaurants. The house couldn’t have been cleaner and is very well maintained- it’s not been renovated recently however (although the pool seems newer). I would definitely highly recommend this villa

Fabulous Rental - feels like home!

I absolutely recommend this property without reservation. I cannot say enough good things about it, starting with the host (Margalida’s) amazingly friendly demeanor. Margalida met us at the house to welcome us and show us all the fun features of this modern home. She was incredibly responsive and provided recommendations on places to eat, sightsee, and shop, as well as where to rent a car and the best traditional foods to order. I contacted her every day with different questions about the area and the house and she responded each time in less than 30 minutes - more often it was an immediate response. The house is amazing! Large with an open plan, it has plenty of private space for each person in your group and comfortable large accommodations. Each of the bedrooms is a legitimate bedroom - not a subdivided room with a couple of beds shoved in. Each room has its own bathroom. The house is was very clean and well kept up. The linens are luxurious and there are bathrobes for everyone if you want! The beach is mere steps from the house and there is a lovely promenade along the water with several small places you can grab a drink. Grocery shopping is a 3 minute walk. The kitchen was great to cook in and we also grilled out on the nice grill. The location is great in Palma and we were able to reach the furthest points of the islands in less than an hours drive. When we come back to Mallorca we will definitely rent this home again. Thanks Margalida!

Wonderful Hikiday

Just back from a fantastic stay. Hosts were nothing short of excellent - just could not have been more helpful pre/whilst at the Villa. The Villa is exactly as described & wears its c10 year build well. Literally all we needed & more was there with the well situated pool table a winner for the younger crowd who made great use of it! There’s nothing to fault with the accommodation at all. Location being 2’ equidistant from x2 supermarkets & beach was tremendous. Beach front bars for a quick pre-dinner sundowner were veey limited if that’s what youre looking for so was great the covered terrace & pool area could accommodate an easy wind down in comfort as an alternative.. Pool was flawlessly clean & a good size for our needs as a party of x8. All in all a great venue for a family/friends week away in the sun with every home comfort you could want. Hosts again - fantastic - thank you Margalida!

Ferien mit 12 Personen

Die Villa war Ideal für uns als grosse 12er Gruppe. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nahe am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Margalida hat bei der Ankuft alles genau erklärt und zusätzlich ein Willkommensgeschenk vorbereitet. Bei Fragen war sie immer und sofort für uns da. Die Villa sah aus wie auf den Fotos, man merk ein bisschen, das Sie beansprucht wurde. Kleinigkeiten bei den Küchenmöbel. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und würden dies sofort wieder hier buchen.

Top Haus

Wir waren mit 6 Paaren in diesem sehr schönen Haus. Strand und Supermarkt sind fussläufig in max. 200 Meter entfernt und im Keller gab es ausreichend Fahrräder. Da das Wetter leider nicht erwartet war, konnten wir für 50 Euro pro Tag den Pool zuheizen. Die Bilder entsprechen der Beschreibung und das Haus war in einem guten Zustand.

Perfect villa for a group holiday

Communication with the owners was 5* and they attended to our every need. From the welcome, to advising and recommending restaurants and organising taxis, they couldn’t do enough for us. Great location close to a beach and local shops. We will certainly return.

All expectations surpassed when staying at this spectacular villa.

Excellent communication throughout. On arrival a very warm welcome and the Villa exceeded our expectations. Extremely well equipped with so many extras and immaculate. The Owner was incredibly responsive to all our questions whether about the Villa or about a variety of questions about Palma/ Majorca etc. The visit was truly memorable.

Einfach WOW

Wir waren mit 6 Personen zu Gast bei Margalida und Manel um für uns die Golfsaison zu eröffnen. Schon bevor wir angekommen sind, war die Kommunikation super mit Margalida und die Vorfreude stieg immer mehr. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns über die Goodies im Kühlschrank und in der Küche sehr gefreut. Das Haus hat nicht nur alles was man braucht, es hat mehr als man braucht. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und die Lage ist wirklich super. Strand, Supermärkte um die Ecke. Mit den mehr als reichlich vorhandenen Fahrrädern in der Garage sind wir auch nach Palma in die City geradelt. Das war klasse. Für Golfer ist die Lage auch spitze. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele Plätze in nur 15-25 min Fahrt erreichbar. Die Villa ist Top ausgestattet (beheizter Pool, Billiard, Grosser TV, grosser Gilll draussen, super Küche inkl. Küchengeräte, Nespressomaschine inkl. Kapseln, Bademäntel, Disco/Playstation im Keller, Bluetooth Musikanlage) und es fehlt an nichts. (Wenn was wäre, ist Margalida einfach per WhatsApp erreichbar.) Sogar die Bratpfannen waren wie neu und wir haben gerne dort gekocht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich. Ein Schlafzimmer ist im Keller und somit etwas weniger schön als die anderen. Insgesamt haben wir phantastische Tage dort verbracht und sollten wir wieder nach Mallorca kommen, kommen wir auch gerne wieder in dieses wundervolle Haus mit diesen wunderbaren Gastgebern. Danke für die tolle Zeit!

Wonderful place!

We had wonderful days at the house. Even with snow, yes...unbelievable but true story, we could swim in the warm pool and had all amenities you can imagine. Thanks to Margalida for the perfect communication, the very warm welcome and having us as your guests. I guess it’s more fun if you enjoy the house & all the extras without small kids, maybe as a group, but still with a family it was a perfect fit for us! Very close to the beach, grocery a footstep away, Palma very close, we loved it! Muchas gracias Margalida & Manel.
