The home features a cosy living room with a comfortable seating area equipped with an L-shaped sofa, a fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining area. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, three spacious double bedrooms with built-in closets, and two full bathrooms.



Outside, the villa features a spacious terrace with a seating area that opens directly onto the pool. The meticulously maintained garden combines lawns and palm trees, creating an ideal setting for relaxation. You’ll also find a large terrace with lounge chairs, an integrated pool, and another covered terrace with a built-in barbecue and dining area—perfect for enjoying evenings outdoors. *KEY PICKUP WILL TAKE PLACE DIRECTLY AT THE ACCOMMODATION.

*3 days before your arrival (provided the deposit payment and check-in have been completed), you will receive the code for the accommodation’s key box.

*IMPORTANT: The code can only be used starting on the official check-in date and time indicated in your reservation.

*On the day of check-out, the keys must be placed in the key box before 10:00 a.m.

*No events or parties of any kind are permitted*

*Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.; during the rest of the day, respect for neighbors is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc., are not permitted)*

*Pets are not allowed*
