"The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the pool area is a highlight—though it fills up quickly due to how busy the property gets. The location is in a very high-traffic part of Palma, which means it can be quite loud, especially at night. We were also woken up early by a garbage truck operating around 3:00 a.m. directly outside our window.
On arrival, there was significant construction in the area, which made access to the parking frustrating and disorganized. Additionally, our interaction with the front desk was disappointing—when asking a simple question, the staff member was dismissive and came across as quite rude.
If you’re looking to stay in a lively, crowded area of Palma, this hotel may suit you. However, based on our experience, we would choose to stay elsewhere on the island next time, where there are quieter and more enjoyable options."
