The hotel has a unique boutique feel there is a nice pool area and a nice rooftop relaxation area with a hot tub. This was a lovely area to sit however the hot tub was never hot.
The rooms themselves are enormous my room had two balconies one from the bedroom and one from the sitting room. The view from the front balcony was of a derelict building, the view from the back or bedroom balcony was the only marginally better. The bathroom was clean but the decor was rather tired with peeling silicon around the bath. The room had a small kitchen which was very useful and perfectly clean. Overall the rooms just need decorating as it has a slightly tired feel about it. The general feel of the hotel is very nice and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly I would stay in this hotel again but feel that it could be improved.

my second stay, no request was too much, very welcoming and informative. nothing was problem, check out the roof terrace.
I will return here, lovely staff

Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful, hotel situated on a beautiful quiet street. The room was clean. The only drawback was that sometimes there was unpleasant smell coming out of as I'm guessing from the water pipes in the kitchen and bathroom.

Posted 9 Dec. 2018 on HotelsRoom was perfect. Area is little bit far from center city but beautiful beach was in 10 min walk. Nice view from balcony. Swimming pool was some extra feature. Big room with kitchen. I really enjoyed this place. Hotel staff was so much cooperative and friendly.

thank you very much for your positiv feedback. I hope that reception did informe you that there is a public bus every 8 minutes to the center and by car the centre can be reached in 5 to 8 minutes. Also the main Cala Major Beach is only 150 meters away from us and should not take more than 2 or 3 minutes to walk. The 10 minutes walk is already to the famous Illetas Beach.

Good value for a weekend break

Could be better
Posted 21 Oct. 2018Pros: staff are wonderful. Reception, pool and Rooftop were all reasonable.
Cons: the room we were in was badly designed for sharing - bathroom off master bedroom so anyone wanting toilet in the night had to walk through. Generally tired - the size was fine but everything was starting to fall apart - shower bracket came off wall, toilet wasn’t secured properly, nor was bidet or basin on second room. Tired decor, just needs a massive update to tidy it up. Also, incredibly noisy - 2 mornings we were woken at 0530 by very loud street noise and then people returning to the hotel.

Good spacious hotel.
Posted 1 Sep. 2018 on HotelsVery good customer service and good facilities. Unfortunately this hotel is a good 25 mins bus ride to Palma and has no air conditioning in the rooms despite the heat, only fans! Also our TV set didn't have a remote and hotel staff couldn't find one.

The room was just ok , clean and tidy at least.
The service was awful we couldn’t have breakfast because there was no enough staff and the check out took ages.
