Staff amazing, great local knowledge. Warm indoor pool but a shame it was only open to kids from 10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm although it was lovely that during the quiet season (we travelled in Dec), the lovely staff allowed some flexibility on this.

Good location great views over Palma. Pool good size lots of sun loungers. 10 minute taxi ride to centre of Palma. Good security at the hotel. Close to several golf one of which surrounds the hotel. Tennis courts within walking distance (at Son Vida golf club house). Food good wine excellent and staff exceptionally friendly and efficient.

Fantastic hotel with great attention to detail! The hotel is beautiful with spectacular views. The staff are friendly and special extra touches ensure a faultless 5* service.
