Casa Rogeta is a countryside villa designed around its outdoor setting, offering space, views and a spacious layout for relaxed stays. Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, including two doubles and two singles, the property provides a practical arrangement for families or mixed groups. Inside, the large living and dining room form the main social space, while the separate kitchen, also with its own dining area, adds flexibility for mealtimes.
The outdoor areas are the defining feature of Casa Rogeta. The infinity pool looks out across the surrounding countryside, creating an open, uninterrupted backdrop for time spent outside. Casa Rogeta is set in the countryside near the village of Pòrtol, offering a quieter setting while still being well connected to the surrounding area. Pòrtol itself is a traditional Mallorcan village known for its local character, with a handful of cafés, restaurants and small shops that provide a convenient option close to the villa. The surrounding landscape is made up of open countryside, giving a sense of space while remaining within easy reach of larger towns.


One of the key advantages of this location is its proximity to Palma, which can be reached by car in around 20–25 minutes. The island’s capital offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and cultural attractions, from its historic old town to its seafront areas. Whether you’re planning a day of sightseeing, shopping or dining out, Palma provides plenty of variety and is easily accessible from the villa.
