Staff was friendly from the moment we arrived. And check in. Our baggage was brought up to our room promptly. We enjoyed the cucumber water down stairs by the bar. The pool area was very nice and clean and quiet. Our room was clean and everything was up to date. We enjoyed the balcony view. Followed by morning brunch at their kitchen. Food was good. Everything was in walkable distance. We did not need our car. We just enjoyed Palm Springs down town area. It was very nice. We ate at a restaurant every night. And bought art to bring back home. We would definitely come back to Zoso Hotel for another stay. We miss it already.

Definitely a party hotel right downtown. Some of the fixtures in the hotel were barely holding on, like the shower nozzle and TP holder. Not worth the expensive price.

Everything was within walking distance as far as shopping and dining goes. The hotel staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Suggestions for dining were appreciated as well.

Every part of our stay was amazing! The valet and bell hop and front desk employees were so helpful and kind. Our room was perfect and right by the pool: it was close to everything. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was close to downtown and the conference center so for us it was okay because we could walk. If I was on vacation I would not pick this the street noise at night was horrible and the pool was so active we would never use it.

Staff was excellent, thank you! Rooms were old and smelly. They charge $42 for amenities that they don’t even provide really. Example, bar was not open, there was no area to purchase snacks or drinks, at least a vending machine. Very few people use gym and so I don’t feel I need to pay for that unless I’ll be using it, same goes for the pool especially off season. The price was good for the location really.

The staff is great. Everyone we talked with or dealt with was so great. Room was big and Pete’s coffee in room was nice. Location great. Pool area can use some greenery to soften it up. But really, the people are great.

I loved how it is in the center of everything in classic Palm Springs. Not the new strip mall Palm Springs. I love the view of the pool. I ove karaoke nights in the lobby. I don't love there's no parking lot or parking, so we must pay valet.

Overall stay was great! The only improvements from our POV would be the pool area and bar. The bar, at least on the weekend outside should be open OR at least the indoor one earlier. The pool area needs some love. A lot of mix matched chairs, umbrellas that needed replaced and a pool that I’d only 3’6” deep. No music unless you asked and even still pretty quiet so not a lot of atmosphere. I know all first world problems… rooms were big and quiet! Staff overall friendly and helpful. Would recommend and would stay again.
