Had a great stay. Came to Palm Desert for a quick overnight stay for a concert and this hotel was just perfect for that. Got to enjoy the heated pool, which was a super plus! Super accessible, easy parking, safe area, and the bed and pillows were comfy. I would stay here again if in the area.

My room was nice and clean but the hotel itself is a little tired. The spa heater seemed to be broken and my balcony door didn’t latch properly.

Staff big plus. Restaurant, while you get a free breakfast at most hotels today and need to pay here, was just excellent. Night and breakfast just solid. Pool facility is also excellent

All was ok except this hotel is on a very busy street and it sounded like that street was running through our room on the third floor...starting around 5am. Ask for a room facing pool or bring a sound machine or pick a different hotel if you want a quiet place to stay.

nice visit to PSP for daughters wedding, this property was on the 9th Tee so was able to enjoy some golf only thing i would do is improve offerings & time for food very limited

We were so disappointed as it was so over priced ! It was old run down! The furniture in our room was filthy dirty disgusting! I had to wear my socks and they got filthy! i complained down stairs and told him how bad it was and he said sorry i guess we’re over due for renovation! The pictures on line were misleading!!They must have been taken when the building was built! Your prices do not match what your paying for when you can get a much better place for same price or a little less! i would never ever stay there again let alone recommend it to anyone!!! The carpet in our room was dirty filthy! my bathroom floor in my own home o could eat off of but not your hotel

Clerk provided incorrect information RE food/bar service. Key did not work on one of the pool gates. Coffee pot in lobby was empty at 9 a.m. A repair person was still in the room when we tried to enter it. The lack of a complimentary breakfast, which we knew about, is a negative. On the positive side, comfortable bed and pillows, large balcony., and proximity to Applebee's.

The property is convenient to all venues and I-10, and is clean and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our dislikes are the in room fridges are very tiny, and complimentary breakfast is not available like with Springhill Suites, Residence Inn and others.

Solid Stay at Hampton
Best hotel stay we’ve had in a long time. Very clean, rooms were kept up, good linens, very quiet, friendly reception from front desk people. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of choices. No problem with parking. Gym was nice for hotel gym. Gym had good free weight limits. Good cable machine and gym was clean. CPK restaurant in walking distance across the street. Outside courtyard is well maintained. No hesitation recommending this property. This is the nicest Hampton we’ve stayed at.

The property was nice! Close the the freeway and not far from town. We booked a king room and were told when we got there they were overbooked in king rooms and none were available. So, we ended up with two queens. For the price, not really worth it. Breakfast was great but there was only one lady running the show. She’s a gem handling the whole breakfast area on her own. We probably will stay closer to Palm Desert next time.

Our experience was terrible. The room was clean and acceptable. However the cable connection was terrible and housekeeping said it was the provider. The breakfast that we paid for we didn't use because the service was slow and the menu very limited. We stayed the following nite at La Quinta Embassy Suites and got a much nicer suite for less money and fabulous breakfast.
