The staff at the reception desk was a bit “snooty” for my taste. They cater to the very wealthy I’m sure, but that doesn’t excuse them from friendly and courteous verbal communication skills with all guests. If they were in fact trying, they really need to try harder.

Palm Mountain Resort and Spa
This is a wonderful place to stay; it is clean, the staff are friendly, the pool and jacuzzi are clean and easily accessible from any room, and it is conveniently located near all the shops and restaurants. I will certainly choose to stay here again.
