"Th hotel was very famiy oriented. The staff was friendly. We stayed because there was the National Finals for dance which was hosted at the Renaissance Hotel right next to the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We were getting shuttle service to the Renaissance Hotel so we didnt have to walk with the 100°F + heat! ..."

"My only complaint was the walk from the elevator to my room was extremely long and at the furtherest point possible. I'm a senior and it was overwhelming to have to do this everytime I left for anything like the pool, gym, lobby etc. Or to my car. ."
