The next morning could not shower there was no water on the 6 floor. Staff apologized repeatedly but no compensation for no water or late on check in."

"Pool was filthy as was patio furniture the guest room door slam and are VERY loud so didnt get much sleep. There are alot of signs in parking lot stating hotel is not responsible…… The signs are a bit alarming thinking there must be break ins. "

Smelled horrible, dingy, two access doors with cheap toggle locks, dirty comforters full of holes. Loud noises all night and unlit, unsafe patio our room. I can’t believe they qualify as a choice for hotels.com. I’ve asked for my money back, but have heard nothing from Hotels.com. "
