• Maximum Guests: 8 people
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Our home is in a peaceful neighborhood with working families, so we kindly ask you to keep
noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.

Parking
• Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway
• Garage is available for 2 vehicles or motorcycles only (1-4 max)
• Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking - Please ask ahead of time for any locations where you
may store your trailer during your stay. This is a new city regulation and is enforced.
• Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.

No Smoking Policy
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
• Why? We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all our guests.
• If smoking is detected, a $250 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:
• Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens.
• Air purification to eliminate odors.
• Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state.
• Thank you for helping us keep the property fresh for everyone!

Trash & Recycling
• Trash Pick-Up: Monday & Thursday
• Recycling Pick-Up: Thursday only
• Please place your trash and recycling in the provided bins and set them at the curb the night before
pick-up. Don’t forget to return the bins after collection! Code enforcement is issuing citations for
offenders.

Furniture
• Feel free to rearrange furniture inside the house to suit your needs.
• Just be sure to return it to its original spot before you check out—thank you for helping us keep
everything organized!

• Damages or Violations: To ensure the best experience for everyone, violations of these guidelines
may result in the termination of your reservation, with all payments forfeited.

Beautiful home. Well stocked with all the essentials. Coffee, tea, creamer’s, soap, paper towels, toilet paper and all the essentials for shower's. Great location to the beach and restaurants. They had 4 beach chairs and a fenced backyard for all 4 of my fur babies! My family and I had a great time.
