If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. Please pick up after your pet uses the bathroom on the lawn.
There are a few new houses being built on the street that may cause some noise from time to time during work hours.
If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.

Driveway Size: 2 cars wide, can fit 4 total in driveway and 2 in the 2 car garage. Driveway: 17’Wide x 40’Long

$60 pet fee per pet, per stay for bookings of 14 days or less. Price varies for longer stays.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
Guests will have the home all to themselves, but we are always available via the app!
Very quiet residential neighborhood with many families.
The neighborhood is very quiet and people keep to themselves. You will need a car to get to most places, but since this home is so centrally located, it only takes 5-10mins to get nearly everywhere in Palm Coast.
Completely renovated and updated BOHO themed home with lots of room for large groups along with a very large backyard to play in and dogs to roam. Each room is unique in its design, meant to give you a cozy and fun vibe.
