The property is located next to Washington State Oak Park which is considered one of the top 10 parks in the United States. Fun for the whole family including boating, nature walks, fishing, horseback riding on the beach, and swimming.
    Ideal for corporate events, family gatherings and special events. 2 miles from Publix, and multiple restaurants in the area. 10 minutes to Palm Coast, 20 minutes to St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, abd 1.5 hours to Disney World and Universal Studios. Boat launch is 2 miles away.
