325 Cinnamon Beach Ocean & Golf View- Summer Filling Up!

Rent direct from a Florida-based owner. Our unit is an oversized end unit (the largest at Cinnamon Beach) and bright (with plenty of light from the EAST, ocean side windows, unlike the interior units) and has three bathrooms! We love our condo and would like to share it with people who will enjoy it (and treat it with respect) as much as we do! Recent upgrades include large flat screen TV, wraparound (L-shaped) leather couch in the living room as well as bunk beds in 'kids' bedroom. A Keureg (K40) was added to the fully stocked kitchen. Luxury vinyl flooring was recently installed in all of the bedrooms and a new sectional arrived in 2024.
Of course we have free wireless internet and HD TVs .

Pets are welcome on an approval basis (for additional fee).

It is literally a 2-3 minute walk from the front door to the beach! The beach is accessed via a boardwalk (over the sea oats).

We offer bedrooms featuring a King Bed (Master), Queen Bed (Second) and four twin beds, including two in "bunk-formation" (Third). In a pinch extra visitors can sleep on the couch (but it is not recommended and extra charges apply).

If #325 is booked, please consider #234 (luxuriously appointed with similar views in adjacent building;non-corner unit) for approximately $200/week less (peak season pricing) (vrbo.com/775497) or 441 (best ocean view condo at Cinnamon Beach) (vrbo.com/3590214)

Parking is available under the building (one car per reservation) as well as in front of the building (unlimited). Unfortunately, RV's and trailers (including for boats and jet skis) are not allowed per association rules (Hammock Hardware allows for toy/vehicle storage).

The association does not allow any towels to be hung from the balconies or any items (like beach toys) to be left outside the condo (in the breezway).

**PLEASE NOTE- FOR ALL CINNAMON BEACH GUESTS**
To check in, the association requires guests to arrive with a "FastAccessPass", noting your drivers license, license plate and state of issuance. We will need these bits of information, as well as your direct email address (as AirBnB's email does not handle attachments), and will send you the FastAccessPass to bring with you. If you are renting a car, that is fine- we will note the car as a rental. This is a requirement and the association will issue a fine of $50 for those without this paperwork. If you desire true luxury, steps from the beach, our condominium is the right choice for you. Hear the ocean's roar from the large balcony. Take advantage of owner-direct pricing for your vacation-of-a-lifetime while you can. This is a new, three-bedroom, three full bath, 'A' model condominium with 2300 square feet of useable space (others have less space and do not benefit from additional ocean views from the numerous windows on the side of our unit). Our condominium overlooks the eighth hole of the renowned, oceanfront, Jack Nicholas golf course with direct ocean views in the distance.

The Cinnamon Beach complex is located within Ocean Hammock, Northeast Florida's most prestigious oceanfront community, located conveniently midway between Daytona Beach and Saint Augustine, and only 75 minutes from Orlando area attractions. Groceries, shopping, and restaurants are minutes away.

On the premises you will find the beach steps away, two heated pools (one is ocean side for adults, the other offers a waterslide, recreation room, work-out equipment, clubhouse, play area, snack bar, and children's game room) and other amenities. Our condominium is furnished with fine quality furniture, one king, one queen, and two twin beds to sleep up to eight in comfort.

The gourmet kitchen features Italian granite countertops and top quality appliances. Free garage parking and direct beach access steps away. No matter how high your standards, we guarantee you will be delighted! NOTE: Do not confuse this Cinnamon Beach condominium with smaller, three-bedroom condominiums or lake-view condominiums in the same complex. Cinnamon Beach offers A, B, and C models. This, the A model, offers almost 30% more space and more luxury than either other model.

Vacation Rental Amenities:
Our guests at Cinnamon Beach have a choice of two clubhouses for their exclusive use. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to spill into the ocean, private cabanas, a viewing tower overlooking the ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach.

The more lively Lake Clubhouse includes a fitness facility, a family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a playground, and a small beach along the edge of the fresh-water lake. Water sprays, fountains, and cascading waterfalls create the perfect place for everyone to cool off.

Fun mid-winter break

We especially appreciated the extra light from the edge of the building windows; and the extra square footage of space. There was fine value for the price and the furnishings were fully adequate. We certainly would stay here again.

Great Labor Day Weekend!

This condo was a great corner unit and my daughter declared it her favorite we’ve stayed in on this property! We have been to Cinnamon Beach several times and my kids love the property because of the pool and quiet beach area! We aren’t fighting for beach space and can really relax. We had a great experience with this property!

This property was perfect, ease of booking, access to condo, adequate parking-with a covered garage, very very clean, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The space in this condo was amazing. Contact with the owner was awesome, 1 call and the problem at the gate was fixed. Security is top notch for this neighborhood. Easy beach access. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful condo, and even more beautiful scenery. Condo was spacious and comfortably fit a group of 8 (which is hard to do). Beach was so close and had easy access. I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful, and fully equipped condo.

Beautiful place

This place and area was beautiful and quiet. Exactly what I wanted for a relaxing vacation. It was just a 2 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the pools. We loved it. Thank you!

Loved this property! Lots of space. Fully stocked kitchen. Fabulous large porch with comfy chairs. Great places to eat nearby. Literally 100 yards to the beach which was never crowded! Pools are nice as well.

Nice vacation

to try it is to adopt it... the host is really perfect... our only negative point was the tropical storm which gave us 2 days of rain but for the rest, we couldn't ask for better.... the complex is ideal for families with the beach a 1 minute walk away and the 2 swimming pools,... everyone will find something for themselves

We visited the area to see family, and there was plenty of space for them to visit. The beach has rocks and reef that makes swimming difficult (if not impossible). The proximity to St Augustine and Flagler Beach is great.

January Retreat

It was so nice to be in Florida during January and the first week in February, and away from the cold in Northeast Ohio. This condo provided everything we needed, and in a secure gated location close to shopping, restaurants and nature preserves. Also only a 30 minute drive to either St. Augustine or Daytona Beach.

Great Spring Break

This place was perfect for two families (four boys -ages 8-12 and four adults). The kitchen was well equipped and the room for the boys had two twins and a set of bunks. The living room has a huge sectional couch that would fit all of us to watch a movie at night. It was a very short walk to the beach (across the parking lot), and the rest of the community was very well kept with two pools and a hot tub. We'd definitely go back.

Right place to stay is the Palm Coast, Cinnamon Beach.

We stayed the first week of May and had a wonderful time. Five women on a girls getaway. Everything was clean and ready to go. Really close to both Daytona and St Augustine. We could sit on the patio and here the waves from the ocean. Would stay again, Tony really easy to work with. Like that it was in gated community and there was no noise from parties going on late at night. Thanks for letting us use the condo!!!

The kitchen has all the essentials to prepare and serve a meal. The appliances all work properly from the oven down to the toaster. There were plenty of lines and towels. We were seven adults and there was enough to go around.

Wonderful experience

We really enjoyed Cinnamon Beach. This property is great! From start to finish, everything went so smoothly. Condo is spacious and cozy. Very well kept. Communication on check-in, vehicle registration and requirements around Covid precautions was excellent. Tony was only an email or call away. I highly recommend this property. We look forward to a return visit! Thanks so much for making our first getaway amidst this pandemic an experience that made us feel safe and secure about being there!

We stayed at this property the week of Oct. 8th. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Kitchen is very well stocked. Balcony is very large with a nice table and chairs. Enjoyed watching the golfers. Bed was very comfortable. {My husband loved the green sheets. Very soft.} There are 2 nice pools on the property. Very cold water. Should have been heated alittle. Close to a Publix on A1A. All in all a very nice place to go for R&R. The small beach chairs were all broken. Owner needs to replace these.

Great Place to Stay

We just returned, 6 Adults and we all loved the condo. Would have given it 5 stars but the queen and king mattresses need to be replaced. Everything else was great. Loved how spacious the condo is, and the privacy between each bedroom is good. There is 24 hours security. We were very close to the beach and to the pool. Short drive to St. Augustine, we drove in twice. And also close to Orlando, went to Harry Potter World. Very private beach. Should note that the season is from Feb. to Sept. So no beach chairs or umbrellas provided (we brought our own) and the Snack bar is also only opened during the season. Would come back. Very Clean. We also drove into Flagler Beach. Would recommend going by the Bakery, Winery and Johnny D's. You do not get much of an oveanview, but you can hear it very good. Very relaxing to listen to at night. Wifi is availbable and worked great for us.

Beautiful

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of extra pillows. The pool and hot tub were great and it’s just steps to the beach.
