Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom efficiency apartment available for short term rental. This apartment is in a nice neighborhood (an old fishing village). It has its own entrance, separate from the main house. It is in a detached renovated garage that has been completely done over. The space is 350 sqft w/a bedroom (double/full bed), bathroom w/shower and living/dining/kitchen space. The bath has a standup shower. Use of family pool is available. The futon is queen size. The apartment has towels, blankets, extra pillows, linens, bedding, dishes, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, coffee pot, and basic spices/necessities, tv, hair dryer, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, cleaning supplies, iron & ironing board.

Beautiful relaxing friendly neighborhood

My daughter and I needed to take care of some rental property business and stayed at this beautiful neighborhood. We did not have much time to spend at the place but morning and night walks in this beautiful area and a nice safe place to stay gives the a 5 star. Glad I found it

A nice cozy place to stay for vacation.

My wife an I were impressed with the location, and definitely enjoyed our time here. Our host was very nice and she would always be a text away if any problem did occur. The place was small and cozy, so it added to the vacation. Overall I would recommend this location for anyone who wants to stay for a bit.

Felt like home

Kerrie was awesome what ever we needed she responded quickly. I enjoyed my stay everything was up to date and decorated so cute. I looked forward every day of my stay coming back relaxing and studying for my finals. My only regret was no time to take a dip in the pool.

Very nice host

Kerrie is very nice and accommodating. Excellent communication, she responded very quickly and came over if I needed anything since she lives on the property. I stayed for 6 weeks for work while our house was being built. I did run into a ventilation/ humidity issue during my stay, but Kerrie was able to fix and repair things around the efficiency which helped.

Nice spot

Kerrie was friendly and helpful. The house is in perfect location. You’re able to get to many activities in about 20 minutes. Beach, boating, fishing, trails, quite neighborhood...overall, a really good stay!

Snow bird vacation

My experience at this rental could not have been better. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and conveniently located for shopping and restaurants. The owner was friendly and very accommodating. She made sure I had everything I needed and was always available if I had a question. I would definitely stay here again.
