This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and we loved the room we received. I did book a different room than what we got but our travel plans were affected involving our airline so that might’ve had something to do with it. Regardless the room we got we felt was even better anyways. I will say the one thing we were unsatisfied with was how dirty the floors were. It was definitely not mopped for a while. Every time I looked at the bottoms of my feet, they were literally black. Other than that though, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were all SO kind and helpful. The pool is GORGEOUS and it was really nice going to all the places near by for food, smoothies, and shops. The location alone is awesome. We definitely will be returning!

While there are many units available for rent across this property, Tropicals has consistently been the most enjoyable group to rent through (through Expedia). Their units have very high quality control, quality decorating and super comfortable furnishings. Highly recommend.
