I didn't like anything about it. It wasn't that clean, it was difficult to understand the person at the front desk, the restaurant was not operating, and they charge $100 up front, and we had no intentions of using anything that the fee was for,

Just a good experience overall. Great customer service, on our 2nd to last night the tv went out. Front desk personnel were quick to to tell us they would move us to another room, being that we only had one night left we stayed put.

The hotel was ok but there was no gym no exercise facility and then the cleaning people try to come in to your room at 8;40AM without knocking or if she did knock -she didn’t knock loud enough she just walked into my room -I feel like checkout time is 10 AM which is already early enough nobody should be harassing or bothering me until checkout time is over- and when I expressed that to the manager they argued with me I won’t be staying there ever again they have a cooler at the front desk where they charge 4.50 per soda and a “bar” which is just a table with a bunch of bottles liquor on it - Bartender was very nice though
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in a lot of hotels over my life. When I arrived, there was no water. Then.. there was NO HOT WATER. My room's lamp(s) could not be turned on. I could not regulate the temperature inside the room. What's worse, they constantly lied about the problems and when they would fix them. There was no A/C it felt, in the lobby. It was hot and muggy. Over all, a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Didn’t read the fine print… that the hotel was under construction. We found out through guest that there was a shuttle to take us to eat somewhere. The front desk lady never offered and we asked for restaurants around. Poorly staffed. Mold in the bathroom, no hot shower, dead flowers out front. Wouldn’t recommend staying there to anyone. I also left something (mia sonic valued at 135.00) in the bathroom. Called the night I got home and realized. The gentleman said to call back in the morning because house keeping was gone. Left a message the next morning and never heard back. So frustrating!

The entire experience was horrible, once we checked in we were giving the wrong room. The room we wanted was not available the room we had was filthy. The tub and toilet had red rings . The walls in the tub had red lines in between the tile. The room smelled like cigarettes. I was traveling with my 3yr old toddler, I cannot stay in a disgusting hotel with my baby. I immediately went downstairs and asked for a refund and they told me to have hotels.com contact them and they would refund me immediately. It has been five days and the hotel denied our refund. So we spent $110 on a hotel that we couldn’t stay at plus $155 to book a walk in hotel elsewhere.
Under renovations, musty smells, neighborhood not great. Very loud a/c unit. Probably better when not under construction, but not great right now. Transportation was good as well as proximity to airport. No restaurant open on site either.
My first room was flooded. The second room they gave me had the shower controls i stalled backwards (im a plumber) and luke warm water. On the other hand the bed was comfortable
Horrible customer service and horrible Expedia service. Was told I was able to get a refund by the receptionist. Instead I lost $400 dollars and spent hours on the phone with both parties. The hotel would tell me to reach out to Expedia and they would grant my refund. When I reached out to Expedia they told me to reach out to the hotel. I’m never using Expedia again. Would not recommend to anyone. The hotel was dirty and receptionist was clueless and rude.
Parking lot is super dark. Had to walk a mile. Waited over 30 minutes to check in because they over booked and had to make accommodations for others. Thankfully my reservation was good. The floor in the bathroom was filthy. The sink had hair. The air vent looks like it’s never been cleaned. The mini fridge was not cooling.
