PB visit
The location is fabulous! Fit my husband & me and our son in on the pullout sofa. Plentiful closet space, great beach chairs, perfect little kitchen. The bathroom was tough for 3 of us but we managed. Would definitely stay again.

Very happy with this rental!
We loved this apartment! It's small (as advertised) but really well set up and furnished, and very clean. There was plenty of room for us (2 adults and 2 kids - 9y/o and 7 y/o) and the pull out bed in the living room was comfortable and easy to set up. The rain shower is great and the Moroccan tiles are beautiful!
The entry way and lobby are a little bit dated but everyone was incredibly helpful and nice, especially the apartment manager (I'm forgetting his name, but he helped us get settled and couldn't be nicer). And the pool is beautiful and very well maintained.
We also loved the location - walking distance to the beach (about 5-10 minutes) and to many nice restaurants (we ate at PB Catch, Sant Ambroeus and Almond - and would recommend all three).
Finally, we had no issues with parking. We easily found a spot two blocks away in the designated area. I definitely recommend this rental!

Loved this place!
Had a wonderful stay. The room is exactly as it appears online. Great communication with the property manager. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. We went to PB Catch and PB Grill and had a fantastic time at both. Very short drive to Worth Ave and some other sites. 5 star stay all the way.
