  • The hurricane window installation for condo and the surrounding pool area has been completed. There IS paperwork construction that was also mandatory in the hall ways and certain condos that we were notified started May 2025 and will not be completed until Dec 2025 noise may be heard between 9a and 4p M-F. In addition, the front of building repair work is being completed. This work is completely enclosed and on the complete opposite side of the building. Wonderful stay. Perfect location, just 2 blocks from the beach, and near great restaurants. Host was really responsive from the time we booked, till the time we left. Unit was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Would definitely stay there again

This was a great VRBO. The apartment was clean and updated and so conveniently located to all that Palm Beach offers. Kerry and Scott have thought of everything and have some very nice touches to make you feel comfortable! Kerry was also great to work with - I highly recommend this property.

The host was most welcoming and provided us with all of the pertinent information we needed to enjoy our stay. The amenities were abundant and in good working order. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The location of the building couldn't be better. You are literally steps to the best restaurants and easy walking distance to the beach and local attractions. I highly recommend this host!

Perfect in every way

The condo was perfect for our Thanksgiving stay. It was very clean, wonderful attention to every detail. Owner communicated with us at booking and prior to our stay. Wonderful French bakery next door. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay at Palm Beach 235 Sunrise Avenue. We loved the location, with very convenient valet parking and confortable apartment . Kerry is a super host, all the time trying to make our stay better. We highly recomend this apartment.

Nice remodeling job, everything new and shiny, this unit has all you need - comfortable bed, TVs with Sling service, kitchenette and basic supply of necessaries to start vacation without worry (coffee, shampoo, towels, beach chairs, etc). Beach getaway

Our stay was everything we expected. Check-in was flawless and we were able to leave our bags until the room was ready. The building was in the best location only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The host supplied beach chairs & an umbrella which made reading my book very easy. Overall our stay was great and the hosts were very responsive and courteous. Thank you again!

For us it’s always how we sleep. We both slept very well due to the AC unit being located in the bedroom. It was cool and bedding was very comfortable. The unit itself is small but expected. Kerry utilized the small space to our benefit. As a woman, I have lots of toiletries and this space provided the room I needed! IE, make up mirror. Any concerns we had were met with prompt response and satisfied. Thank you Kerry and I look forward to future visits!!

Beautiful condo in best location

We flew in to Palm Beach for a wedding and even though we rented a car, we didn’t need to, we walked to many restaurants and great shopping, even a Publix grocery within easy walking distance, other places you can Uber. They have a wonderful Valet service too if you drive a car there. The very modern updated apartment was the most well equipped, cute kitchenette with full frig, nice walk in shower, king size very comfortable bed, iron, clothes steamer, chargers by the bed, the owners thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable. We loved this place!

Fantastic!

My wife and I are more familiar with the West Coast of Florida, This was our first time staying in Palm Beach. We loved this condo! It was modern, clean and was in close proximity of the beach, restaurants and had a Publix across the street! Kerry and Scott were very accomodating and provided a lot of great info to ensure that we felt comfortable in this new area for us. They were quick to answer any questions that we had during our stay and made sure that we were taken care of. We will definitely be booking this location in the future!
