It's best to get around the area by car or Uber/Lyft. Parking is free and available at the home.

* Pool heating must be requested by guest in advance.
* Pool is serviced twice weekly.
* Lawn is serviced weekly.
* Primary booking guest must be 24 years of age.
*You will be provided with an access code for self check-in prior to arrival.
*Garage is used for host storage and is not accessible to guests.
*There is one outdoor security camera located at the front door for self-check in confirmation and will be active during your stay.
*We ask that you report damages immediately to avoid additional replacement fees.
*Running or jumping in the pool area is NOT allowed. All children staying in the home must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
