"Very unique hotel. Love the decor. The staff are really nice. I love that they have an espresso bar in the lobby. Convenient to walk downtown and more affordable than the hotels in the downtown core of Bozeman. Would definitely stay there again."
"Very nice!! Stayed here as two younger women and felt very safe. We also lost both our room keys and requested a late checkout (sorry!!) and they were so nice and understanding. We also checked out and had to wait a bit to go to the airport and just chilled in the lobby and felt totally comfortable. Great experience, the front desk was so kind and understanding about everything."
"Front Desk staff were exceptional. Mr Clark who checked us in was very helpful. Did not get the name of the fellow who made a GREAT recommendation for dinner, but all were helpful , polite, and efficient!
Room was on 3rd floor, large, clean, quiet, and a great view.
Breakfast staff hustled!
Only thing that could be improved would be an on-site EV charger."
"This was the absolute cutest place! Everyone there was so helpful and so sweet. I loved all the little details they had in the room. It felt so thought out. They also have a darling pool as well as such a great brunch spot on site. I’d highly recommend."
"Love the vibe here! The decor is fun! The room was huge and comfortable! Super clean. The front desk staff was fairly helpful. Parking in front of your room is assigned so no worrying about where you will park. The wall was thin so when our neighbors came home at midnight, I was awakened by their loud talking and blaring the tv. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!"
"We loved our stay at Chico Hot Springs! Jen checked us in late in the evening and made sure we still had time to get a quick soak in the hot springs. Staff was very friendly and great food options on the menu. The property is beautiful and the hot springs were recently redone. Hot Springs pool was great for adults and kids. Room was nice and complimentary coffee was provided in the morning in the hotel lobby."
