"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing! They are the kindest, most welcoming people. The hotel is a nonprofit that supports people with disabilities, so I felt even better about staying there."
"The hotel staff are very friendly and caring. They speak good English and were genuinely interested in making the guests' stay pleasant and also providing information about the city. Ma'an lil-Hayat Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is excellent. The staff, the building, the internet, the breakfast. Everyone who can should consider visiting the West Bank, the people are very friendly and it is incredibly cheap. You don´t need a tour, just a passport Israel allows and perhaps don't mention you want to go to any place outside of Bethlehem and Jerusalem. They are trying to cut of Palestine from the world. Do not let them."
