DONNA ANNA IS A PENTHOUSE WITH A LARGE TERRACE IN THE HISTORICAL CENTER, LOCATED IN THE DELITE AREA OF PALERMO, VIA LIBERTA' WITH ITS DESIGNER SHOPS, ABOUT 200 METERS WE FIND THE POLITEAMA THEATER AND THE MASSIMO THEATER, THE PENTHOUSE, HAS A POSITION STRATEGIC FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WANT TO USE THE CAR AND VISIT THE CITY ON FOOT, ABOUT 100 MTR A PAYMENT GARAGE, RESTAURANTS, opposite a supermarket open 24 hours a day, ALL SHOPS WITHIN A FEW STEPS, THE HOUSE HAS 3 BEDROOMS , 3 BATHROOMS AND A LARGE TERRACE OF ABOUT 200 SQM, DOUBLE LIVING ROOM WITH ADJUSTED DINING AREA, LAUNDRY WITH WASHING MACHINE AND EQUIPPED KITCHEN, LOCATED ON THE NINTH FLOOR WITH ELEVATOR AND VIEW OF THE CITY

Great place to stay while in Palermo. Helped set-up trip and airport transport. On the Main Street but very quiet on the 9th floor.

Excellent base for exploring Palermo

Excellent location re transport and amenities. Apartment very spacious and very well furnished and equipped. Great 365 views from terrace . Patrizia was an attentive and helpful host.
